PROBLEMS AFTER UPDATE? (Null Workout) Easy Fix!

The easy way to fix the issue is to update your fitness profile. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom and reselect your Fitness Level. Now you can start a new workout from the Workout tab. Everything should work now.

Big Thing In Small Package
One of the best apps ever. To think you can get results beyond what you hoped for with LOLO. I’ve used this years ago for free & now I use the purchased version. Small difference but the proof is in the work & using LOLO consistently. And there’s a virtual trainer within who gives you tips after the workout. I’d only hope there’s more tips. Other than that… Amazing.

Great App. Great Value.
I have used several lolo apps for several years. My favorite is Tabata Kettlebells. They keep improving each app. They are extreming good at designing progressions which can trully train a beginner yet still tax an advanced athlete. Each app is well worth the price, but I would encourage you to get one of the bundles. There is not much fluff here, just sensible hard work. Kudos to lolo for the best fitness apps available. Just do it.

This app is great, especially for the price. I can really get a good workout and be able to give the types of equipment I have or don’t have in the room. I like all their apps and got the package. The workouts fit with the time I have available and I know I can get a workout wherever I am so I have no excuse.

Great gym companion
Awesome app. I used it to do my core workout at the gym. Easy to follow. It has a very clear and simple follow along with just a little pep talk. I encourage everyone to give this apps a try. I do not think you will be disappointed. Thank you developers and for making it free to use.

It’s a great coach in an app
Been using Lolo for years and after all this time, it withstands.
With plenty of nuggets of encouragement and easy advice to follow, I continue to enjoy several of the Lolo apps.
I would encourage getting one or two at first, then if you like the style, get other ones.

The Lolo Ab App is by far the best I have used and if regularly used will have your Core in a Sculpted & Strong Condition in just a couple months. This App meets you where you are and offers great Progressive Options to meet you wherever you are and take you wherever you want to go!

Each workout gives you an all-over ab workout hitting the lower, obliques, and upper sections. I love that I can workout listening to music I select from iTunes on my iPhone. I highly recommend this app.

Best Ab Workout App -- Hands Down
I've tried out several different ab apps and this one is by far my favorite. The new update is excellent as well; adding in a ton of new exercises. Would highly recommend!

This app is ok but not good for advanced athletes. I chose the advanced setting for 8 minutes and it's still really easy. It's also annoying that it gives you 10 seconds in between each move. It would be nice if there were no breaks.
