Ok so I downloaded because the advertisement showed how to do the excercises. When downloaded it starts with "get ready to do the rocking chair". It does not show you what that is or what position I should be in. There's also no picture of a person in that position like the advertisement shows. What is the Rockingchair? And why do I need to leave this app to go online to figure it out? Gave it two stars and a delete.

Good workout. Weak software.
The ab workouts are fun, well constructed and communicated.
But you can't listen to music while using the app and the dynamic mode doesn't play the instructional videos while the timer ticks away. You have to pause and watch the videos, so u don't get any coaching or form tips while ur knocking out sets, which the time when coaching would be most useful. Also the app tends to crash.
Still the workout is good. Just wish the software was better.

Helpful and easy to start
I have found this app very helpful for working out before I go to work. The work outs are relatively easy to learn and are challenging enough to do over a period of time. I only wish there was an option to change the rest times from 15 seconds to 5 or 10.

Good Workout
I just started using this app and so far its great.I really feel my core getting a good workout in and the videos are awesome because it shows you how to do each exercise properly as well as what each move does in MMA fights. I highly recommend this app for beginners or for people looking to strengthen their core.

Great app, really helps the core and all you need to do is write a review to get full access, now im a HighSchool baseball player and coming from a Player, it really helps out if you play baseball, and any other sport, it tones and builds a great core, and its great to add in with Leg or Back day in your workout routines. HAVE FUN!

Currently, this app only tells you the name of the exercise and requires you to write a review to unlock "Dynamic Mode" in order to be able to see how the exercise is performed. Let's see if it works! - 10:45 PM

I'm an mma fighter myself and this app is extremely accurate only takes about a week and it's already showing results for beginners! Works really good if ur already skinny then u can just quick abs 2 week max and that skinny body will be ripped!

Great app, fantastic results
This app is great, it shows you the work outs with a demonstration. Then it gives you a countdown that let's you know when you've reached the halfway, the end, and tells you what work out is up next. Definitely feel it in my core with all of these workouts!!

Awesome
This app is awesome and it has cool features in it. I like how it has the guy in the background telling you when to go. The only thing I don't like is you can't play your music while you're doing the exercises but oh well 😔
