Great app!!!!
Great app especially for the begginer without his/her own weight set at home or access to a gym like alot of us others have and take for granted. You don't need equipment to get fit or even "huge". my boy is 6'2" 220lbs who can bench 450 and squat god only knows, but he left the gym because he swears he gets a better workout in the street. So he'll use things and "toys" for children at these parks and playgrounds on the monkey bars and etc. he swears up and down that he gets a better workout on the street than he ever has in a gym and it's never the same, monotonous workouts over and over, it's always some different style of workout for muscles you didn't even know you could work out. If you stay on a good diet and stay dedicated to working out then it's only a matter of time until you'll have what you wanted, you'll be bulked up and ripped like you've never been, thats what happened to me. Confidence is something you can't buy, it helps to know that you look good and hit your goal. KEEP WORKING HARD PEOPLE!!!!!! IT'S WORTH IT IN THE END!!!!! Good luck

Why I like this app
The reason I like this app is because it informs me when I need to work out or if I missed any days . For sure what would make this app better would be if it reminds u every day and new workouts every day .

Good beginners workout
The beginner workout is similar to what I've done in fitness classes. Moves at a good pace with enough repetitions to work the muscles but NOT so many I get bored or am in lots of pain. Audio is basic-- just tells you when each part of workout is about to begin or end: "just 5 more seconds!" Videos show each exercise for 10 seconds before you start, then show the technique from several angles while exercise continues. The shortest workout takes you through 5-6 exercises.

Good-Need to fix sound problems
I have body weight, kettle bell 360, & ab workout x. All have sound problems during count down to exercises. They have fixed the problem with ab workout x, but still there with the other two. These problems are there on my iPad & iPhone, so this tells me it's the app. I am thinking about purchasing the ad free apps, but I'm not going to spend money on an app I have to stare at to know when to begin. This removes the reason for having it on my iPhone.

Good for lazy people like me
These are pretty basic exercises. As someone who is trying to ease back into a routine, this is perfect as I can start small and build up. If you regularly work out(as I used to) this is probably not challenging enough. Definitely would recommend it for anyone who has never worked out or is getting out of couch potato mode.

Re-Begin
I just started re-training after years of taking advantage of a naturally healthy body and great metabolism. Once I hit 40, the aches and pains of being lazy caught up with me.
This is an easy way to get, even the smallest of muscles, back in shape. 6-10 minutes each morning will rid me of the minor backaches that plague my entire day.

This is a great app for those who are already doing physical activity during the day(like myself). It is also great for beginners with all of the videos and because its a quick workout! The only thing I wish they would do is go between landscape and portrait views. And new workouts to come too!

Body Weight Exercises
I like the gradual approach it takes before hitting you with the more intense sets. It's great to know that if I am not by some weights I still have my own body to keep me in shape.
However, recently I noticed that the voice of the audio portion is in and out. Can this be fixed?

(Of course you'll need to watch what you eat) Already loss 20 lbs of body fat and gained about 6 lbs of lean muscle weight. Was 205 lbs at 5'6" now at 188 lbs. This is a great app for someone jumping back into the game after a long lay off or someone starting off. The tempo and gradual build up of the workouts really help solidify the muscles you're exercising. Very interested in more of their apps.
