This is a testing app, so they should have the communication means and staff needed to support testing activity. I have been using this for several months now and have had multiple occasions where doctors have told me not to test for one reason or another, so I try to inform ACH of this planned and known exception to their testing schedule and the only way to do so is call. They have a messaging section in the app and on their site, but it is just for show. There isn’t a way for a user to initiate a message, you can only reply. I called in to inform them that I will be out of compliance in their application based on doctor’s orders, but after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I promptly hung up. As a result, their system will be out of compliance tomorrow and I will advise I tried to inform them, but they make it impossible to do so.
