New information hard to find
I get an email that states I have new ‘appointment’ information. But when I go to the app it doesn’t highlight or show me what is new. I have numerous appointments and doctors I am working with right now and it is very frustrating when I think there is something important I should be seeing and being notified of but can not figure out what the notification actually is.

I would have rated zero but was not allowed to give less than 1.
Problems with app involved lack of information available, inability to view all medical from visits in multiple locations in one health record and doesn’t appear to capture all information taken.
I am new to the Marshfield system this year. I have had excellent care from most providers and the HIM staff but found the follow up information on website lacking which is very surprising to me.

Frustrating
I get multiple email notifying me of important new information but when I click the link and sign on I have great difficulty ferreting out what is new.
When I get a several thousand dollar bill, I’d like to see what is the charge is for. Instead I only get “pay this amount”.
I have a few pending appointments to people I don’t recognize. Who are they? At least provide their specialty with their name.

Marshfield Clinic decline
This venerable institution is probably in terminal decline. Their IT, outsourced I believe, is totally incompetent are backward. I have been going to the clinic for 18 years and their IT systems have hardly changed in that time.
Their new app for smartphones and ipads, etc, can log me in, but can’t even find my account. How can an outfit release an app like this that doesn’t even appear to be tested? This app is just junk.
Management seems to be the root of the problem. Unaware, slow to address problems, and yes — incompetent and failing.

Information display
Why would a company not have the ability for us to see the height and weight as feet and inches vs centimeters along with weight being in pounds instead of kilograms. Last I checked we are not on the metric system.

App works as bad as the rest of the MH system
My app shows appointments and some history detail but nothing on billing. Of course I called the customer service line listed on there for issues and was transferred around several times. I uninstalled the app and tried every other thing they suggested but it’s a no go. No shock since this is exactly how bad the situation internal systems of marshfield clinic are. I wish there were other options in my tiny town for health care.

The new system is terrible. Appointments are not showing up. The worst is no listing of your medications. The whole purpose of the app is so you don’t have to write down your medications to have access to them! I hate this new supposed update.
You can sit on hold for 45+ minutes just to try to even schedule and appointment, even when you were instructed by a health care professional to make an appointment, such as a follow up!

Easy to use Great info at my fingertips
I love this app! It’s a great source of information. I can access it quickly. There are frequently new features that are intuitive. My whole family uses it. Nice job Marshfield Clinic Health System!

Works but . . .
The app works for the most part, but has a “check in” option that accomplishes. . . wait for it . . . nothing. You still have to stand in line at the clinic and check in just like always.
