Albertsons Pharmacy Hack 7.4.1700 + Redeem Codes

The app has been really hard to log into the last few weeks. After putting credentials in, it just sits in processing mode until you finally get the message “ something went wrong. Try again later”. Out of 10 tries within 30 mins, I was able to successfully login only 1 time! I tried deleting the app and reloading it, turning on and off my phone, changing my password, but nothing worked. It’s frustrating when you use an app to refill prescriptions and look up script status, but can’t because it times out when you go to login! Please fix!

UPDATE: I just discovered that Albertsons is double charging me for my RXs!! I payed for my RX and requested to have it shipped on this app and after 10 days of waiting I finally went into town and found out that they never received a shipping request. I wound up picking up the prescription and they charged me for it there as well, even after showing the app order and my online bank statement to the clerk, showing that I already paid! And no, the money was never credited back to me.

Most of the time my refill requests won’t go through and it tells me to try again later which I try doing and then just call the pharmacy. It’s also REALLY slow, takes forever to load the “Refill From List” option. When the app does work, there seems to be a major lag in the time it takes for the pharmacy to actually receive the refill request, but the turnaround time is unnecessarily long. The app doesn’t seem to be a big priority for the developers though because judging from the reviews, these issues have been going on for awhile.

I was forced by the corporation to switch from Vons to Albertson’s. The Vons app was bad. This one is worse. Transferring my Rxs did not work properly. Setting up pet meds did not work properly. I can change the pharmacy on my Rx to the correct one but the app gives an error refilling it. The sign in is so slow that I sometimes give up. The refill dates are often incorrect. Rxs getting refilled do not always show. The app shows information that is different than what the pharmacy claims to have (different DOSAGE of all things). Expired Rxs show haphazardly regardless of “hide” settings. There is no way to enter a Good Rx discount number. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The developers should just give this up if this can’t be made better. You have no decent app for Albertsons pharmacy. Stop pretending.

Don’t get me started on how bad the ACTUAL pharmacy has turned out to be. As soon as I get all my current Rxs straightened out, I’m switching to Walgreens.

I switched over to Albertsons from my old pharmacy because I like the people that work at my local Albertsons pharmacy!! This app never works!! It’s so frustrating because the screen won’t load!! It’s not like my other pharmacy where you would just hit refill and they message you when it’s done!!! No!! I have to drive up to the pharmacy and request a refill and then drive back up there and wait forever if the prescription isn’t done!! No one wants to hang around in a pharmacy with Covid 19 going around!! It’s ridiculous!! I’m transferring my prescriptions back to Walgreens!! I’ve never had a problem with their app! It’s right across the street from Albertsons and they have a drive thru!! I’ve fought with this stupid app for months!! I’m done!! How can a pharmacy not make sure their app works especially when we are in the middle of a pandemic??!!!

When they updated the UI (honestly not much of a difference) it became even more vague. Before you could get an idea when your Rx would be ready to be filled and they would give you an estimated time or day. Now they give you a standard “getting refilled” (which could be days so there is no timeframe given or a 12:00 time but it would be way off). Granted this could be on the pharmacy’s side but other pharmacy’s app are a lot more specific. Plus this app did used to be a lot closer to a specific timeframe.

So come on app developer… let’s see a better UI development than this. This whole “getting refilled” or “should be ready soon” is not helpful in the slightest.

So great to be able to look at what you may need to have refills. Options for reminders. Everything at your fingertips.
Also love the fact that you can not only check on status of your own prescriptions but your loved ones as well.
Really happy to have this app readily available anytime I want to check anything I need to check on.
One other thing, when going to doctors office and you have to write down your meds, I don’t know about you I don’t recall that names. Having this you have the information on the spot.

I like how I can bring up the app and it shows my list of medicine when I am at the doctors. I recently needed to delete a script from the recurring refill listing but that option is not there anymore. The option to refill is nowhere to be found for my other scripts. And I made a reminder for a pill but for the wrong time and now I can’t take it off. And signing can be a issue at times.

I downloaded this app in February and left a review that I cannot create an account because it cannot find my Albertsons pharmacy. It is the end of July, my local store has started advertising the app with banners in the store, and I tried again. Same exact problem. In fact, it cannot find any Albertsons pharmacy in my state.
I agree with another reviewer that I really appreciate my Albertsons pharmacist and staff, but the technology and inconvenience is ridiculous. I have one RX at Albertsons and the rest at Walgreens bc their app is fantastic. I want to move the rest to Albertsons, but I cannot manage all my family’s RX’s with an app I cannot even register for. So, I will stay a Walgreens customer.

In addition to being slow, and often telling me to try again later, this app frequently gives wrong data. Today it tells me that the prescription I requested to be refilled last week will be ready on April 19. This is May 21. This is typical of this app. Once I ordered a refill, it was never refilled and when I went to my store to have them manually refill it, their system showed it was not available because it has been refilled on the date of the error. This is additional infomation added in Nov. 2019. For five days will not log in. Then when finally opened it has erroneous data.
This is dangerous!

As long as I’ve had this app, it has always had an issue of logging in - and at a reasonable pace. Most of the time I sit there waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting and it just spins. I don’t know what it is, but it has to be fixed. Please do something about it — getting tired of “hoping” the developers are “working on it.” I gave two stars because in the 1-in-8 times it works, I am able to successfully refill my scrips. Please fix it.
