I’m LOL’ing because the comment on Version 7.2.3 is “Major big fixes.” Well, I could get the app to work 10-20% of the time before this update but now I only get “technical problems; try again later...” Major bugs fixed in place, maybe?
This app is handy and helpful when working. It makes initiating refill requests simple & provides useful info on when your Rx is ready for pick up. However, in recent months it’s been flaky, as mentioned above—luck of the draw whether it would work. When it was working, often the dates when it was time to refill a med would be off by a few days (always later than should be), e.g. instead of 30 days, it would give a date that was 32-35 days after the last fill.
In the few days since the latest update, I’ve gotten the app to work once. In that session, after I looked up one drug, it was back to “technical difficulties.” I wish they would hire competent developers or pay them enough to care or fix whatever the source of the problem may be.
