Does what I need it to do, manage family Rx too
Covers all the basic fairly well, online refills by list or bottle, request renewal from my doctor, pay for Rx in app and most imports during COVID-19, request mailing/delivery through the app.
Over all much better app than Rite Aid’s app and a little less usable than CVS’s app. In short very good app, covers the basics well, but short of earning a ‘Great App’ or 5-star rating.

Slow, awkward, and inaccurate
It takes forever to log into this app on my iPad. Just sits there saying “Processing” and half the time makes me try again after waiting, or cannot log me in at all. Once I am logged in switching pages or selecting different family members takes just as long.
Info about last refill dates is often inaccurate.
I cannot request delivery of prescriptions for my husband and myself in one transaction, forcing me to checkout twice and pay delivery fee twice.

Needs an update...
Using this app on my iPhone 8 Plus is hit and miss, it’s very frustrating how long it takes to load if it will load and sometimes not even log in. Please update the app because I would really like to keep using it if it works right.

VONS App working great now keep up the improvements
Each month it is better and better. NOW it’s almost perfect.
The user really needs a newer phone for it to have speed and connectivity for the app to work best. I use a iPhone 8 Plus and speed and all very good.

Doesn’t work
So I just downloaded this app and after the long process setting up an account, it won’t sign in. It just says “processing please wait” every time I try to sign in. Then after about literally 10 min of waiting, a pop up comes up saying “vons pharmacy” and won’t clear until I press ok. Then it takes me back to the sign in screen. Over and over again. This app is as poor as the pharmacy. Ps I’d prefer not to get a reply from the developer asking me to contact them. Cause I don’t have time.

Blank Screen
The latest update as of 6/2/20 was required before using app. After update, it opens with only logo, menu lines and otherwise blank. Tapping menu lines ineffective. I’d say any glitches prior to update preferable. Negative 5 rating.

I’ve not had any problems using this app. It keeps me informed about current prescription filling and future refills. Lots of other data contained within is helpful for me.

Getting worse!
Horrible for about 2 months! Glitchy! Refills haven’t been getting processed when it says they have. Scripts are not showing up on the med list. Now it won’t even let me log on. Getting really close to changing pharmacies.... 19 Scripts a month for my terminally ill daughter, I don’t have the time to deal with messed up “convenience” apps.

Very Slow!
This would be excellent if it wasn’t so slow. Can take up to 5 mins for it to load. If this is the same system the pharmacy uses which is very slow too I can understand the pharmacists frustration. Please fix
