Worthless (see update-my fault)
I’m a new member of the Alignment Healthcare system. When I got my new member ID I downloaded and signed into this app using new membership info. No immediate problems back then. This month login problems started surfacing. App consistently saying “login failed” when using (not)correct iCloud stored membership passwords, which will work with the online web portal. Still no joy after deleting app and resetting password. It worked well initially… and it’s worthless now.
(Update: I found the problem and have updated to 3 stars. When setting up the new Alignment account online (with laptop) iCloud keyword stored a temporary password to get through the process. The AHC app was auto-populating the wrong password. Works well now. )

Face ID
It keeps skipping like a broken record, so I have to enter my password I’ve had to do this a few times and I’m tired of it. Are you ever going to have a fix on this bug, I would appreciate it please…

Login problem, faceID does NOT work
It kept looping on FaceID and not getting anywhere, please fix it ASAP, ASAP, ASAP, ASAP, I turn off my iPhone that fix it one time, iPad locked. it has been at least few weeks now. Where is your IT app group? If I can’t get in how do I use your mobile app??????????????????? Tired to see the problem persist.

This app does not work, it has a lot of glitches. You are better off using the alignment website or calling Alignment member services. Do not waste your time downloading this app.

Just a white screen
The app was cycling between face id and password. So i updated the app.
Now it appears to log in but all i get after that is a white screen.
Back to the website i guess.

Crazy face recognition
It goes super fast from one screen to another and will not allow me to log in with face recognition or password. Totally worthless
