I received a WLD 895 system Xmas 1 yr ago. DVR lasted till Sept. when I bought a new i7. Everything worked fine on i6 till then. DVR stopped sending notices of motion & recordings. After several attempts to contact tech support finally a tech answered. All they did was send an email copy of the camera manual. Which I still have a new box copy. Only info on firmware updates say it’s automatic when connected to internet. Since DVR won’t connect to web, it’s worthless info. Amcrest tech support blamed Apple software. Figures. I went to Apple, i7 works fine. Incompetent moron Amcrest techs don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Including Real bad communication issues. Customer service is non existent. Company is bad , bad product, No software or firm ware updates, nor will techs explain operation procedures. If you can ever make contact with anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. FIND A RELIABLE COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. AMCREST WILL NOT.
