Amcrest View Lite for iPad Hack 3.31.0201 + Redeem Codes

Took two hours to get one iOS App and the camera up on initial setup.
A key step is to leave the User and Password fields as "Admin" and "Admin" THEN change them to your preferred names. Quick Start directions need to clarify this.
Once I tried and errored my way through that problem the camera and software work as advertised although it takes some effort to figure out features.
There has got to a better way to design the software and setup. Hardware is very cool though.
BTW don't bother with the cloud app. It doesn't work. Believe the reviews.

This is for security but often my cameras simply time out. When they work, they are clear and crisp but as a security app, it leaves much to be desired! Adding cameras to the NVR is painful and it appears that one is not actually adding them to the NVR at all but rather in parallel to it and ONVIF seems more of a dream than an actuality. Clicking on events to see any recorded video never works. More importantly, a major problem is that it keeps renaming the cameras so, until it’s open, I can’t assume it will be the one I need to view!

I have to constantly refresh the camera, which is very annoying, as what is the point of having a camera that you can view anytime.

The app was 4/5 stars until latest update. Now the app will not connect on any of my idevices. Please fix ASAP. Btw...I can connect just fine from my windows pc.

Super simple set up on this Amcrest system. Downloaded the paid pro version first and could not get it to work, so finally gave in and downloaded the free version = wow really easy set up and works great. Can take pics and video - everything is really easy, clear, and good quality.

Weird that free is better than paid - wish I tried this first.

Works great. Am not knowledgeable about tech stuff but I read manual that came with the cameras & this was the easiest part using the QR scanner to set it up.

Easy and quick to setup on my iPad Air. Works well. Playback is very simple too.

Extremely disappointed that I cannot connect at all with my cameras since apples new updated. Amcrest needs to get something done Now!

No matter what I do this app and camera don't work. The only thing,worse,is customer service. Do not buy.

Error "out of memory" every time , no matter if all apps are closed , fresh restart, same error all the time.
