Crashing app
App crashes multiple times, it has been over 24 hours since I was able to view my cameras . Please fix this bug .

Support is terrible
So bought this system for my wife’s peace of mind letting the kids play outside.
The app was the selling point since it pushed motion alerts. The alerts stopped showing up in the app about 2 weeks after we set it up.
Emailed support, they asked to connect remotely. Insisted everything was fine, showed the screenshots of the inability of the alerts to show, they said get a third party app.
In the end by trial and error I was able to fix the issue myself by logging out of the app then logging back in but now alerts are pushed to my notifications inconsistently it seems.
In the end a lot of frustration and the manufacturer was NO HELP.
Their instructions included with the product were very incomplete and unhelpful and their “lifetime technical support” is pretty much useless.
Everything works, but don’t expect any help if it stops working.

Not as bad as some of the reviews
This app is a little wonky, but works fine. This is my second Anran system and both have worked well, including this app. I’m not sure where all the bad reviews come from, it’s never crashed on me, worked fine on cellular or Wi-Fi.

You just purchased the worst camera system
Title says it all! If your camera system requires that you download this app to check your cameras then good luck!! You’ll never be able to view your cameras. This app constantly crashes and never works properly. Go invest in a real system.

App is unstable. I’d give it ZERO stars if possible, JUST because it crashes consistently. How can you have proper security cam system w/ such an unstable app? & the fact that no measures have been taken to address this issue makes this product absolutely WORTHLESS. Avoid at ALL costs! Buyer BEWARE!

Crashes at least 3 times before it will settle down and let you view the cameras. Lots of unnecessary buttons as well.
