Overall works ok. The controls for moving the camera work well and the speaker interface. However a lot of the other settings don’t seem to work well at all and the settings menu is not very user friendly. The alerts don’t work properly for me at all. There is no pop up window to tell me there’s motion detected, the only alert I get is if the app is open and then why would I need an alert? I’m already watching it! It will also go off randomly while the app is open and there’s no movement or as I open the app. I’ve just turned the setting off since it doesn’t work right. It would be nice if there was a setting to override the night vision setting or select which setting to have it in. During the day it will switch back and forth on its own based on the lighting in the room but it sometimes gets confused by the smallest amount of light coming in from the sides of the curtains. When the camera changed from night vision to normal mode it makes a very audible click, which can be very distracting and I worry will end up waking my baby. There’s a few options in settings that I don’t even know what they do or how they work. An email alert setting doesn’t have any directions on how to set it up so it’s pointless unless you’re super computer savvy.

ALWAYS MOVES BY ITSELF! Says it detects motion n it starts moving by itself like if someone is spying on it. Overall works decently. However my camera was moving by itself, and I also noticed this was a free cheap camera that my uncle won in a casino. Im not sure if its being hacked or tempered with since I don’t have evidence other than camera moving on its own without me controlling it sometimes. But im also worried about wifi being exposed n devices connected to wifi if that is the case.

I updated to the newest version and not only did it kick me out, but now it keeps popping up the same, misspelled error message. I even tried creating a new password even though I know that the old one is right. That didn’t work either. In fact it told me that that was already my password no matter what I put. Even tried creating a new account and it still told me that same message

Please fix this issue and fix the recording and alarm functions together like other apps so we can watch multiple camera at same time when alarm triggers shows all camera and we have to figure it out wich camera send alarm thanks

Here we go again. New update and camera doesn’t work anymore. Second time this has happened. First time I thought just maybe something happened to the camera. Something definitely happened to it. It updated to the “you’re going to need to buy a new one” version. Not this time. Definitely looking for a different brand. I guess this is the quality you get with the made in China sticker on it. Should have known after the first one.

When I touch the screenshot icon, it says “capture successful “ but can’t find the photo on phone. The icons on the screen to control the light are in the way. Link to app support is broken.

How can I see video when I am away from home, access and it says that it is offline, because it cannot be seen with the cell phone network, or what to do to watch from far from home

Im getting alerts and alarms for other devices even though I only have 1 device. Kind of creepy. I unplugged the device and logged out of the app but I still kept getting alerts. I had to delete the app to get it to stop. Beware.

I have had this camera since Xmas last year and it’s been a constant issue. Now there is a high pitched sound and the light keeps flashing on and off. No customer service number . And I can’t connect any more
