Exceeds my expectations!
I did not expect much out of this app, seeing as the surveillance system I bought was fairly inexpensive and obviously Chinese made. The app actually works very well. I have not had to reboot my system once in almost a year because of connectivity bugs, and I have been able to log in and view my cameras without any issue all the time. It’s been a great system and I am considering adding on to it since it has been so reliable. I would not hesitate to purchase a SANNCE system or use this app.

Doesn’t work when not home
It’s useless if you are not on the same WiFi as the hard drive so it only works on mobile device when home other then that it’s useless I’ve contacted support and they’re useless as well they keep sending me the same crap that doesn’t work I’ve resented this thing multiple times and changed out the hard drive to a bigger and better one and it still hasn’t solved my issue of not working on the app when I’m not home and support keeps saying to reboot it

Not worth the money.
Ar first I was so happy with my cameras. Now My device is always offline. I have had to have this device serviced three times and replaced three times. I am beyond frustrated with this product and I wish I could get my money back. Do not waste your money. This product is not worth it.
