Constantly Freezes! Beyond frustrated and disappointed.
I wasn’t going to bother leaving a review. I see everyone else has been having the same issues but I’m overly frustrated. Hopefully necessary changes can be made, although I am doubtful. I downloaded this app to work on my ATI remediation and view my books. I do all of my school work on my iPad, and when I am on the ATI website in my Safari app, I am unable to navigate the book portions. It doesn’t allow me to scroll of move anywhere within the book. I was hoping this app would be helpful, especially since I have to do so much work within ATI, however I was highly disappointed. The app constantly freezes during quizzes, I have to exit out and go back in CONSTANTLY! When viewing the actual pages of the book it will jump to other chapters without any prompting, and proves to be very unreliable when it comes to completing remediation. My program requires that you be logged into the remediation for at LEAST one hour on the FIRST try, if you are kicked out for ANY reason you do not get credit for your work. So you could imagine the frustration.

Hammered garbage
Imaging you took a big juicy papaya, one that’s almost rotten and kind of loosing its form. If you took that papaya and hit it with a mallet until all you had was a rotten mash of sticky garbage and then smeared it all over the screen of your mobile device, you’d be left a reasonable approximation of the quality of this app. It’s about as useful on your phone as hammered garbage would be.
Are we really surprised tho? Not really, it’s ATI, a relentless bottom feeder that is only in business to extract as much profit from poor students as possible. Helping better the world by improving knowledge is not even a consideration for these vultures, and this app is indicative of that fact.

Room for improvement
I’m a nurse who likes to use to review topics every now and again. However, the biggest issue is when highlighting it detects a swipe when I’m simply trying to highlight which causes me to switch chapters! There should be a way to take off the swipe and you pressure an arrow to change chapters or allow the “lock chapter” option which you will not be able to switch chapters until turned off. Otherwise, it’s pretty convenient as I like to switch between my iPad, laptop and phone for reading and they all sync seamlessly.

Where are the materials?
I saw the one star rating and wanted to see what the fuss was about. When I logged in the app had two options and I couldn’t access any of my materials for me to review or focus on.
This would be very helpful for study break while on lunch instead of having to open a web browser, logging in clicking the materials seeking to review and to study when you can have the app open up and click the materials seeking to review and start studying.
Hope the app can be updated, for students to access and use. Great start!

Useless
This app is absolute garbage doesn’t let you actually access material, you can’t turn pages like a book if you go back it goes back an entire chapter, you’re not able to select and use talk to text like a regular mobile device, you can’t scroll all the way to the top if you hit the top of your device like an a normal page. It’s essentially useless. I don’t understand what the purpose of this app is. it barely allows you to view the material let alone access it and use it to where it’s beneficial.

Don’t use this app
I downloaded to use the ebook so I thought it would be like a kindle version but NO
1) every time I tried to turn the page or scroll down I ended up on another chapter with no way to go back 2) if I tried to select an answer nothing happened 3) there is no next button or way to get out of the quiz section without closing the app 4) I tried to get a refund to have the booklet delivered- NO REFUND per the website I used (thank goodness the app itself was free)

Not efficient for mobile device or any use of any kind.
You’re not able to access what you can normally access on your account on the browser… which this is called ATI go for what reason I have no idea. My modules to study aren’t available and neither is the ebook I have on my account in a browser. Stick with carrying your laptop around until this app has updated and has caught up with the rest of technology.

Same story
I read the reviews and people have been complaining for months about the same issues. The end of the chapter quizzes freeze up and the application videos just remain a white screen. I thought it was just me. Clearly these people do not care being that there hasn’t been an update to resolve these issues. This could be a very great app

App malfunctioning - Needs a lot of improvement!
At first the app seemed ok and seemed to be working but then I start to realize that this app really needs to be worked on. It constantly malfunction and the book doesn’t load. I have to be logging in and out multiple times for the book to load. This is really throwing off my studies and it’s very demotivating. I wish it could be fix as soon as possible.

Good, except no split screen
I would like to take notes w/ the split screen feature, except that I can’t. The reg. website keeps crashing, which is why I decided to download this app but it turned out to be another disappointment. Hopefully you guys fix this issue.
