It works great at times but then it stops weighing and won’t connect to bluetooth. I read on a review that they had reminder alarms. Mine has never had an alarm go off. I wish they would work harder on getting the bugs fixed.

I love that it stores the time you weigh. Gives an audible reminder to save your weight which is important as the info clears after 6 seconds. Clarify the instructions on page 7 with the following and you may get less complaints about the app not working right: 1. app must be open before weighing, 2. stepping on scale activates Bluetooth connection to app, and 3. data clears from scale and app automatically after six seconds if not saved. Also, on the basic use instructions on page 3, refer users to page 7 for use with the app.

The battery has been replaced all too many times than necessary. Like another user, after not using for a while, when I change the battery, the scale settings are not the same, changes from lbs. to kg, nor does my phone recognize and connect. I’m tired of dealing with the shenanigans of fixing a device and changing settings every time I use it... this is something that is suppose to be simple... TOTALLY NOT

Once I got past the Age part the only feature that's missing is sync with Health app on iOS. That would make this easier so I don't have to manually add to Health app.

I like this app. Setup was easy once I figured out I didn't have to pair the scale with the phone. I simply installed the app, turned on Bluetooth on my phone, stepped on the scale and my weight popped up on my iPhone. That's all I need it to do…

When I first bought the scale I was able to connect to app. The battery died and I didn’t use the scale for a while. I replaced the battery and tried to use the app and it didn’t work, my past information was gone as well.
The scale does not even appear in my Bluetooth tab of the settings app.
Very disappointed.

Bought this scale and was extremely excited about the weight tracker! Wasted my TIME and MONEY with this product! The scale work PERFECTLY, but the point of buying the scale was because of the weight tracker app! App doesn’t work! I have stood on the scale 7x and still no activity has been documented via the app! Taking this back and getting my money back!

I think the app works how it is supposed to. I think it would be great if there was a feature to remind you to weigh yourself. And it would be great if it would sync with health app

I had to add my birthday in order to change my age. I can't get the scale to connect using Bluetooth. I tried adding the scale by searching for it under Bluetooth on my iPhone 6+. I also followed the directions in the manual and my weight isn't popping up on my phone. VERY disappointed!

Can we get an update this century? The fact that you’d completely bail on a product far before the product becomes faulty. Bought a Bluetooth scale that was supposed to have a cool app for tracking. Instead I got a headache and an overpriced digital scale.
