- CHECK OFF EXERCISES: As you complete workouts, you will notice exercises will get checked off in the pre-workout screen. Uncheck them or check them off - its up to you!
- TECHNIQUES TAB: We built an entire tab just for you to access all videos of techniques, drills, and exercises. The best part is you can filter by equipment, category, difficulty level, and if you have partners (or doing it solo!).

Save your money. App is a ripoff. After paying yearly subscription price for the full program, the App is now only giving the basketball program. Also audio doesn’t work. I will certainly not renew a subscription.

I keep trying to pick a plan. I tap to start a subscription (with the free trial), but it won't do anything.

Had to uninstall and then reinstall to get it to work.
App was working great until last update. After the update it wouldn't open and kept crashing after the initial loading screen. A quick uninstall and reinstall, however, fixed the problem. Excellent app excluding this problem.

I love this app
If you take basketball serious , this is for you . I'm trying to make a come back after two years away from the court and this is exactly what I was looking for (my own personal coach) . Guys thank you so much for putting this together , I know it's going to be big . I will recommend this to everybody that I know.
