Couple of things,
1. Frame is the 4000 series with the white remote.
2. The instructions say the blue tooth LED underneath the bed will flash, it doesn’t flash. The LED turns off when paired.
3. The iPhone connects to the remote. The remote then controls the bed.
That might explain why the iPhone app is not working with the reviewer who lost control when his remote broke.
The installation’s only difficulty was when I had to lie down on the floor to press the button on the blue tooth device underneath the bed. Getting down wasn’t hard, getting up was more difficult.
All the buttons on the app on the iPhone match the buttons on the remote control. Head, foot, lights, vibrators, flat, etc.
Oh, the “flashlight” controls the iPhone light instead of the remotes light.
If there are any problems down the road I’ll update. At this time the app works great!
