STOP! DONT DOWNLOAD
DONT DOWNLOAD...it’s a great concept but has sooooo many bugs. I just got the app a couple of hours ago and was very happy with how easy it was to set up and to use. Unfortunately, when I turned the massage feature on the bed it wouldn’t stop. I’ve tried everything: new batteries in the remote, unplugging it, letting it run hoping it would automatically shut off. Aside from that, it also repositions you when you open the app to the last position you placed it in when you closed the app. Frustrating when you’ve already adjusted the bed with the physical remote.

Not the same App from a year ago
Reading the reviews I was shocked that the App got 1 star. There have been many improvements since a year ago and the App works perfectly now. Since then there have been new versions of the Adjustable Bases. The new Revive 5.0 just came out. I tried it yesterday and it is amazing. It even has speakers where you can listen to music using Bluetooth with your phone. It all has a tilt mode which helps people with acid reflux as well as snoring. It’s a great product so go to your nearest Living Spaces and give it a try. What? No Living Spaces near you? They now deliver nationwide.

Nov. 2019 Still doesn’t work at all
I’d give it zero stars if I could. It simply does not work. Finds the bed but doesn’t display a control panel, even the links to the owners manual and troubleshooting tools just bring up blank screens.
At some point it thought my 1 bed was 2 and then went into a crash loop. All I could do then was uninstall it, which I did, and good riddance.

Wonderful app, whole family useable
Never worry about loosing the remote, this has been flawless for 2 years now. Only issues have been phone or Bluetooth related, otherwise works great, only wish it worked with HomeKit or Siri. So I didn’t have to unlock the phone to get to the app.

I thought the app wasn’t gonna work based on the reviews, but it seems to fixed since these reviews were made. The controls work just like the remote and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever.

Buggy
App is terrible. I couldn’t even set it up. You have to scan a barcode and the scan feature doesn’t work. It crashes immediately after trying to scan. One of the main reasons I got this base was to control it from this app. How disappointing.

Doesn’t work
The first install and connect worked great. The second time I connected it went into TV mode then just beeps no matter what button I press. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but now it still goes to TV mode no matter which button I press. Sad that this software doesn’t work.

Don’t bother
Device found right away but there are absolutely no controls visible. It’s just a grey screen where they should be. iPhone just updated to 15.3 software, app probably needs update but software team bailed this project.

Doesn’t Work Don’t Waste your Time
It can’t even find the bed and after trying multiple times the app just starts to crash now the app won’t even load it’s just automatically closes when you open it

Can’t Locate the Bed
The app is useless. It can’t even find the bed. I tried everything. was told there were more memory options with the app than the remote, but no such luck.
