Working until the last update
Mine was working until the last update. Now it doesn’t even open.

Does not work
Does not work! Just bought the bed, downloaded app, the scan portion will not scan the back of my remote. What a shame. I see all the bug fixes, yet this does not work. If you want an app to get better than a 1.7 on ratings you should fix the ongoing issues with it. If I could get the scanner to work to get pas that I would maybe give it 1 start until I knew it worked. Please fix

Doesn’t work
In spite of almost daily “bug fixes” updates the past couple of weeks, the app doesn’t work. It shows the beds but crashes as soon as you select one.
Edit 22 Aug 2020: Still junk. There have been a dozen or more “bug fix” updates since I first posted my review and the app still doesn’t work. Start the app, see the bed, select the bed, app crashes.

Do not work
Running iPhone app. After selecting device as shown in instructions (step 5), the next step (6) states to connect the device but there is no Scan button in that screen. The next screen after step 5 skips step 6 and 7. The app doesn’t work. Please fix. Thanks

Can’t pair Bluetooth again
Paired the Bluetooth and none of the controls would work. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now the app cannot find the Bluetooth for the base on my phone. Doesn’t pop up when you refresh the list and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still doesn’t find the Bluetooth

Doesn’t pair with my device
The instructions that were provided say “refresh list and select device”. But there’s no “Refresh” button. And even after swiping down and seeing a loading icon nothing loads. Too bad - bad tech.

This app is a little dated but let’s be real it’s for your bed. It’s simple, functional and works as it should.

Was working great until last update
Whatever wasn’t broken before the last update sure is now! I deleted the app and tried pairing my base again. Bluetooth shows it is connected, but when I tap on the base none of the controls come up.

App doesn’t work for me anymore
Can’t even use my app anymore keeps kicking me off everytime I select my mattress. I paid a lot of money just for this to happen. It’s kinda disappointing. Especially when we can’t find the remote
