Truly my favorite workout app/ program
I don’t even know where to start!!! I have always been athletic and have always worked out etc. I’ve followed many different apps and I’ve had trainers but in all honesty I felt like they weren’t hitting where I needed them to. With this app I feel different. I work 12+ hrs a day in healthcare and getting my fitness in is a big deal. I go early in the morning and I already know what workout I’m walking in to do. I feel confident in the machines I’m using and if for some reason I don’t then I can easily swap it out for something different but will give me the same benefits I’m looking for. I don’t have to just follow one program I can add others too. Also, you don’t have to carry a journal with you to write down your sets etc. it’s all in the app. It’s not just an app, it’s a community as well. It’s woman from all over the world trying their best to be their best and they are all vulnerable with complete strangers who lift them up along with Kim herself. She’s so honesty about her own progress and is encouraging with others as well. Also, if you need guidance with your food that’s all part of it! I mean really what more could you want! I truly hope more people join this community.

Best fitness app bar none
I've had a couple other fitness apps, but this one by far is the best. You start by following different fitness influencers, then many have created apps, you buy said apps only to be disappointed. HOWEVER, believe by Kim French is absolutely amazing. I was truly blown away by many of the features - top feature is the ability to swap out exercises (esp in a time of uncertainty with potential lockdowns) - and found it to be extremely well planned out. Her Instagram page is a pretty good preview of what you're getting - which I most definitely cannot say about the other app I had purchased. I most definitely did not feel like I had a bait and switch pulled. The workout programs are extremely well planned and well put together. They flow very thoughtfully and you get exercises that kind of offer a "rest" after a really hard stack. I've seen results with her programs that I had previously purchased, and the app offers more programs that I am most definitely happy about. Also, I like the little motivational quote when you open the app. I feel like the programs she crafted aren't monotonous, which helps keep you consistent.

The bessssttt!!
This app that Kim has created is amazing!!! I love this app! It has made it super easy to get into weight lifting, without ever having any experience beforehand or spending a ton on a personal trainer, cannot afford that currently.
Not only is Kim’s app affordable but it was plans for everyone (advanced or beginner)! Gym or home, you can get an incredible workout in! Along with the workouts, you have access to meal plans that can be picked for you, out of the many receipts provided in the app orrr you can input your own recipes to help with the meal prep for the week! You also have a place to journal!! In the journal section, you can add photos and write down measurements and just put down something you’re proud of!! Some other fantastic features include: recording your weight amounts, videos to demonstrate the movement, and a cool down timer!
If you’re on the edge to getting the Believe App to start on your fitness journey, don’t walk but ran over that edge! You will not regret it! 🔥🫶🏼

Feeling Like a Beast at the Gym’
I’ve been following Kim on Instagram for a while and always learn so much. Was so excited to hear she now has her own app. This app helps me take my workouts to a new level! I feel so confident when I go to the gym with my workout all planned out for me! And the videos that go along with each exercise ensure I’m doing them with proper form. I have a herniated disc so need to avoid some exercises. The swap feature takes the guesswork out of what I can do to replace it. I’m currently in the free trial but plan on purchasing the 12 month plan. I’ve already tried some recipes and they are DELICIOUS! Only thing I can’t figure out is how it came up with my required calories??? I’d give this 5 stars but I wish I could adjust the calories. And, with this app being pretty new, there’s some bugs but nothing that interferes with your workout. I’ve had problems when I’m finishing up my workout. It seems to “complete “ the workout before I’ve entered the data for my last set. When that gets fixed, I’ll up my rating to five stars!!! Thank you, Kim! 💕 ***would love if on the Rest page it would display what’s “Up Next” so you can get your next exercise set up while the countdown is going!!

Worth every penny!
I began following Kim on instagram when we first locked down in 2020 and my gym closed. I loved her workouts and purchased her at home plan to use on her website. When she came out with an app, I knew it would be worth every penny and it has not disappointed!! Her workouts are amazing, each and every exercise has detailed instructions as well as a video demonstration. I truly learned how to do so many exercises correctly that I was too afraid to attempt in the gym. With the app, you have access to all of her plans, meals, macros, etc. I love the option to “swap” an exercise if you don’t have the correct gear or are just not feeling up to it. Her resistance bands are a game changer and all her merchandise is amazing. And I love love love the facebook group full of supportive and helpful ladies! I recommend Kim to everyone I know and cannot say enough amazing things!!

Best Workout App Ever!!
I’ve been using this workout app for a few months now and am on my third workout program with Kim. I don’t know who’s more excited about my progress, me or my husband! I’ve never been able to stay consistent with my workouts, even with an in-person personal trainer at my local gym. But this app has made such a HUGE difference! I love a challenge and this app keeps me wanting to do my workouts. The example exercise videos are very clear and there are also written instructions so it’s easy to figure out how to do every single exercise. There are hundreds of yummy recipe options for every kind of foodie, including vegetarian/vegan. They just updated the workout and stretch timer as well and it’s a game changer! Overall, love this app so much! Thank you, Kim and team for putting in the hard work to make it!

First off let me say I have been lifting weights on and off since I was 18. I was never able to find a routine I loved and was easy to follow. I bounced around a lot and never felt like I had the proper growth, or at least the growth I was wanting. I’m now 34 and I have 3 kids and this app have been a game changer. It gave me the confidence I needed and the structure I needed to stay on track and to see the changes I’ve been wanting to see. Kim is amazing, she is always so helping and responds to your questions or concerns, the app is so easy to follow and keep track of your weight, and I love the walk through of each exercise to make sure you have proper form. And her recipes are amazing, especially the sweet stuff that helps keep me on track 😉 you will not be disappointed with this app, it’s just amazing!

Most Epic of all Trainers
I have been a loyal fan of Kim French and her training and products. I have tried numerous different ways to have a productive progress in my workouts and physical fitness but NOTHING works the way Kims Believe App and workout gear. The workout plan can be modified to anyones preferences and needs. The workouts are challenging and have given me the most physical strength, flexibility and results that I have ever seen. I had to buy the yr plan and don’t plan to change ever, with all the plans it suits any life style and needs. The gear WOW, I have almost all of her gear and I’m obsessed. The quality in the grips and lift belt are top notch. The waist band is fit for someone with hips which you can’t find anywhere else. Love love love and definitely recommend her plan and gear.

Love her program but…
Kim’s content is awesome and I would love to give this 5 stars but there are some major improvements needed. The biggest issue is the app freezes all the time. I have been using the app for 2 straight weeks and every workout the app freezes and I have to go back in and start over. I don’t lose my tracking info which is great, but the flow of my workout gets messed up . Secondly, there needs to be sounds or indication for rest period. The app does not keep your phone unlocked while it is running so you have to constantly check the phone and touch the screen when it is on the rest screen. It would be great if there was a notes section at the end of the workout as well. Sometimes I modify an exercise and I would love to be able to note what I did. A few tweaks and this is 5 stars for sure but please fix the glitches!!

Great Workouts
I really love this app and the diversity of it. I also really appreciate that it suggests which program you should start once you’re finished with your current one. The structure of it is great and it has warm ups and cool downs which most other fitness apps are lacking! The only complaint I have, and it’s more of a suggestion, is that when you modify the plan by swapping exercises and complete your work out, it doesn’t save after you leave the app. I go back in to do legs for week 3 and I can’t even check to see which exercises I did in week 2 because it reverted to the original suggested plan. It says I completed it but it’s not the exercises I completed. It’s just not helpful when you’re trying to be consistent with your workouts. I think once that is fixed this app will be perfect! If I see it updated I will change my rating to a 5!
