Fun and easy
Best poker app I’ve found. Different types of no limit hold ‘em games. Different levels of play as far as the money you want to spend. Overall even playing field. I haven’t played a game where I was out matched and taken for a ride. DL this app if you want to have fun wasting a lil time and winning some money.

This is not poker!
The math and percentages are so far off it makes hand values different from actual poker. i encourage everyone to go through the garbage hand history this site provides and check this for yourself. See how many times 80%+ favorites lose post flop. If you don’t know the math you will have to use a poker calculator, because the video hand history does not provide the percentages. Also the hand history only goes back 100 hands, so you have to do this many times to get anything resembling a real percentage, but the more you do it the more you will see how off the math is. I get that the site makes money off of rebuys and bigger rakes, but i don’t understand how this can be beneficial. The argument that you see more hands and therefor you see more bad beats can easily be disproved when you go through your history and see how hands actually play out. Obviously hands that don’t get called to the river can’t be included and you can only use this calculation on hands that complete, but if you start keeping track of stats like how often 80%+ hands lose post flop, you will most likely see that it is not even close to the actual math. Also how is the rating a 4.2. Read the reviews, they are 90% negative, and the other most likely come from Betmgm.

This game gives poker a bad name! Beware!
Do you like getting beat with the dominant hand time after time? Do you think math and probability have no place in poker? Do you think going all in every few hands is a winning strategy? Do you want to see bad play get rewarded constantly? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this game is for you. But wait there’s more! The app shuts down when you’re playing. Some bonuses are made to deceive and help players lose money. Some bonuses and promotions are not even honored by this site. Sometimes they give you bonuses that you don’t actually get, like free spins, but you don’t realize it until after you played off your real money. Casino games freeze during during winning spins. Everything on this site is made to maximize loses, like slot spin wagers starting a $20. The support is as bad as any i have ever dealt with in any form in my life. It is amazing that any of this is allowed by the PA gaming control board. If you’re looking for a fun accurate representation poker and/or a good gaming site with reliable support, this isn’t it.

Think World Series of poker turned by ten. Every hand is a open straight. Or flushes being laid out straight. Hands set to wear you catch a straight only for the man behind to have the higher hand. Or every time you bet the man in the hand catches his card. How no one catches less than 2 pairs . How every promo features a team of players at the table that just raise and catch during the entire promotion period. Bonuses are bogus. $1 bonus on the casino needs to be played 20 times to make it yours. Anything won on the bonus money also needs to be paid 15-20 times the amount also. Not even enough players to be so blatant with the robbery being committed. Then they cutting everything on poker raises head ups. I gotta quit donating my money to these apps all the same men collecting all the bag because I don’t think anyone wins but the promo players.

Main complaints are that the Hand history is not functional. Plus there is no way to take notes on players. In addition, I sometimes get booted at random because it loses my location. There aren’t enough players, and often the tables I like are empty (not a criticism of the app, but maybe if the app weren’t junky, more people would play).
Also, I don’t like that you can’t preview a table without buying in, and that you can’t pick which table, or which seat, when more than one is available.
The only reason I use the app is because the desktop won’t verify my location (yes, I am in PA!). I hope they improve it. Until then I’ll probably go back to pokerstars.

Completed every bonus requirements. As soon as I did all information was gone. I was literally checking it after every hand. Got the run around from chat. Just seems ridiculous over $50 and then all of a sudden what I was checking every other minute disappeared. Very concerning. They spread “responsible gambling” and then don’t give you one of the few rewards that I would more thank likely have just put right back in, I all honesty. Just lowsy service. But they can get away with it because the project “responsible gambling” while not respecting the “responsible gambler.” Just a shame on the business. And this will mean nothing but more of a waste of my time.

Lost tournament
When playing on my iPhone, if I put the app in the background while playing a tournament, I loose the game. I’m not logged on, when I try to log back in, it won’t let me. After repeated tries, it lets me log in, but I can’t get back to my tournament. If I log out and back in several times I can sometimes get back to the tournament. This has happened several times. Today I had 12,000 chips when I got a text message and lost my game. By the time I got back in I had 63 chips. They offer no help for this and don’t refund any part of your buy-in.

It’s legal to steal your money because you “agree to there terms”. Giving bad beats to all players equally is considered “ fair play” and very profitable for the corporation that runs it. Yes, Corporations do this all the time. And the “you see more hands” nonsense is “invalid” in tournament play because it’s about players eliminated not frequency of hands played. Whether it takes 2 hours online VS. 6 hours live it’s still about the same amount of hands to eliminate X players…….The amount of time is irrelevant. Good thing they got “bot farms” to leave reviews or they would get removed from the App Store.

Worst app and customer service
I was playing in a tournament and the app locked me out of a half hour of play. Great hands were folded and my opponents gained an advantage over me. The tournament was not fair for me.
MGM refuses to refund me the $67 I put into the tournament. They said that because I was reconnected there wasn’t a problem. If you’re the kind of poker player that feels being locked out of play and having your hands folded for a half hour is no problem, then this is the place for you.
I have been emailing them for over a week now. That is the only way you can get customer service besides a web chat. No other way. The web chat is incredibly slow.
I have a feeling that this is a common occurrence with their app and they cannot give me a refund because in doing so they would be admitting there is a problem with their app and they don’t know how to fix it.

Ridiculous
I have deposited 20 dollars on this account yet I’m not allowed to play poker. I was given 20 dollars that I’m not allowed to play with unless I bet with it. Also tried to bet with it but my money was used instead and I’m still not able to play poker. So basically I’m sitting here with twenty dollars that I can’t play with and will no longer place money on this account since my last 2 deposits wouldn’t let me play either. Stinks because I liked this app and tried to promote it to friends but now it seems pointless.
