When you start Birdbrain it takes a snapshot of your Twitter account and shows you the changes since it last updated. While Birdbrain is running it will automatically update every 20 minutes.

Version 3.2 of Birdbrain has arrived! The app now supports both iPhone 6 sizes and performs background updates so it’s always ready to show you account activity when you launch it. Also new: daily notifications that summarise recent activity on each Twitter account and improvements to the handling of accounts with high follower counts.

This little update to Birdbrain fixes the authentication issue that prevented users with two-factor authentication from being able to authenticate in Birdbrain. We say NO MORE. Just because you love safety does not mean you can't love Birdbrain. Have at it.

Everybooody… Everybooody… Birdbrain’s back, ALL RIGHT!
We’ve been crazy at work on this update to Birdbrain; redesigning almost every little bit for iOS 7. And we are super excited about the result! So excited that we gave the ol’ bird a lick of new paint as well. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
We haven’t just been iOS 7ing, we’ve also added new graph views on the Summary screen, and a new “Followers you follow” view so you can keep a track of your buddies.
There are lots of other little tweaks and improvements, not to mention it should be a nudge faster, so please enjoy it and let us know what you think on Twitter @birdbrainapp!

The bird is back! This update to Birdbrain fixes the faults that occurred loading mentions for the first time, and some other faults loading data from Twitter. If you experience problems please contact us to let us know so we can resolve it!
We've also upgraded some other bits and pieces under the hood on the way to making Birdbrain faster and more reliable. Particularly look out for the next release, the bird is getting new innards!
Finally, because I look to admire people's avatars (especially people I'm about to block), you can now tap an avatar in the user detail / tweet detail view to see it up large!

Love this app
Been using birdbrain since 2009 and it's still my goto app for everything twitter. Has all the functionality of expensive paid apps. If you have any interest in growing your twitter audience or getting in depth metrics about your followers this is the app for you.

The best in tracking!
This is the best when it comes to tracking your followers and tweets like who unfollowed you, retweeted or liked your tweet, etc.

In the summary… That tweet part of it does not work. It will not open the Tweeps when it is clicked on. It does nothing at all. Please fix this so that it works. Also, an update to this program would be nice.

Use it as a companion to my twitter client
I use this several times a day as a companion to Twitter. It does a fantastic job of giving you stats on how many you are following, how many followers you have, how many tweets and how many people you have on your blocked list. And it displays all of those stats quickly, your not going to replace your Twitter or Twitter client with this app, like i said, it is a companion to those apps. Even though it does have the bug that we are all mentioning here, the GUI is fantastic and it sits right next to my Tweetdeck on the front page. Worth the price for sure. Developer, please fix the bug! Cheers

Foolishly upgraded without checking recent reviews. Used to be good with occasional crashes. Now worthless as it crashes anytime you select anything. Must not have tested on pre ios4.

Great, just needs iOS 5 features
No reason you should need your Twitter password when iOS already knows your account(s), right?
Anyway great feature set, nice interface!
Only thing that could be better is a native tweet stream view instead of punting to Twitter's website when you want to see people's recent tweets.

Useful.
This app is a great, easy way to see your followers and who you follow. It's also interesting to see who you've blocked; I had no idea I blocked so many people. The interface is clean as well. This is highly recommended for anyone who wants an easy way to manage their followers on Twitter.

Very useful for high volume accounts
If you get more than 20-30 follows a day, birdbrain is really useful. I've been using this app since the day it launched, never had a problem with it.
Highly recommended (for Twitter users with more than 500 followers and growing). Get it for sure.
