Locked out of account after hours — cannot be fixed without calling customer service during their office hours.

For some reason I thought I had “Touch ID” enabled….I guess not. Now, I’m not even sure if it’s possible on this app.

I did not see an “eye” to view password as I was typing. I could not remember 100% which password I used. However, I also thought it was likely that I made a typo on my phone, which like I said, I couldn’t see what I was typing. Now, I remember my password, but it doesn’t matter. After just a few tries, I was locked out of my account without a way to self-fix or verify. I work during their office hours so this is highly inconvenient. The only way to fix this is by calling customer service during office hours.

Another issue: I have been trying to figure out now for weeks how I can add an additional plan to my portal, but to no avail. It should be easier to use.

There are some great features though and it is nice to have an app like this available.

I love and depend on this app. It’s so much better than I expected, easy to use. Helpful to have my benefits information so handy and to see what’s happening with my claims. But my favorite part is there’s a find care and costs function. It takes the info from MY plan and uses it to compare the quality of doctors, etc. who I could go see, and the costs, how highly patients have ranked them. It’s also useful for seeing how much a procedure would cost. I love being able to research this on my own without having to then check what my plan allows or having to go through more steps to see if I could get this awesome surgeon my friend recommended for bariatric surgery and how much that surgery would cost me out-of-pocket at one hospital or another. Great tool. And I don’t miss having to get on hold for customer service by phone like I used to. Most of my questions I can get answered here.

I am trying to log in because I got a new phone. The first thing that pops up to my app is that the system is needing to be updated… so I went into my App Store and it said that it was already updated. So I tried going on safari to see if it will log me in there and I can’t get into the account cause it is already logged in. It is starting to upset me. I had been trying to log in for about 30 minutes now and it just keeps putting me back into the same spot.

I absolutely HATE the website. It is always so slow. It doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi, have full bars of 5g, one my computer, or on my phone. It is always painfully slow and extremely inconvenient. I was actually able to look up the information I needed in 2-3 minutes on the app… something that would have taken probably at least 15 minutes on the website. I am very happy with the app and had no issues logging on or navigating.

I love being able to access my ID card, my benefits information, deductible levels, claims history and a whole bunch of other stuff whenever and wherever I need to see it. It has come through for me many times. It’s like have a customer service rep with you 24/7. Love it!

After the newest update the bugs appear to be fixed that were causing the app to continuously crash. I love having my ID cards available digitally and the option to fax or email them directly to the providers offices. Simple to use and convenient.

The app won’t even allow me to create a password. All the password requirements show as being met (by green check marks) but when I try to save the password I get an error message that says the password doesn’t meet the requirements. I tried contacting tech support through the system, but it wants a provider and date of service (which doesn’t apply, I just need login help). Very glitchy and frustrating.

I find this app to be very useful. Locating providers, viewing claims and access to your health insurance benefits and coverage information. Very portable as you can view on the go and if traveling and need access to medical care you can locate a provider with ease
Highly recommend this App

Tried to “update” to current app. Takes me to Apple Store. Shows I am updated. Click on open just to go back to the beginning. I can sit there all day trying to access on the app. But I doubt I will be let in. Apple iPhone 13 Pro, version 16.5.1

This app is so convenient and easy to use. I recently used it to look for a doctor in my network and to check a claim, and it was very easy to navigate.
