Old videos not playing?
I love this app but out of nowhere recently the old UPF videos won’t play anymore!
I checked the FAQ and made sure they worked on my phone browser. FAQ says to reach out but I didn’t see contact info so hopefully the developer sees this review.
Again, I love the app and it’s usually great, but this problem just cropped up out of nowhere and I’m really hoping there’s something that can be done so old UPFs will play again

Amazing free app for Giant Bomb
Downloaded the app originally so I could cast easily to my tv’s using Chromecast. Clean simple design is easy to navigate and it works flawlessly. It even remembers all your account information like where you left off in a video when you come back to watch more. I was slightly skeptical of a third party app for Giant Bomb, but it’s been soooo nice.

Workaround for Roku?
I love this app so much, and the ability to view individual shows was really missing from the previous app I used.
Is there a way that we could get a share prompt that is a link to the video file itself? The official Roku app for Giant Bomb is lacking a lot of features, including setting the video quality.
The idea could work how the share prompt already works, but maybe holding down the download button could instead open a share prompt that iOS could take from there?
There are existing cast-like apps for the Roku, which could take that direct link and run with it, making this an easy way to support the Roku.
I appreciate the consideration!

If you’re a premium subscriber and predominantly watching on your phone, there’s really no other way to consume GB premium content in this convenient of a way.
The interface is on brand and simple to use, and finding your downloaded videos has never been easier.
I only wish I had found it sooner. Luckily, it’s still updated routinely.

The Citizen Kane of Giantbomb Apps
This app is simply amazing. The their new site has been very frustrating to use on the iPad, sometimes videos dont load and the seek/scrub controls on the player are awful. This app has neither of those issues and it has full support for multitasking and PiP on the iPad. Also, I never realized how much I wanted Giantbomb Notifications.

Fantastic app for any GB fan
The Giant Bomb website works fine for viewing content but this app adds even more functionality. The two biggest features are the ability to listen to content with the screen turned off and better video content trolls for scrubbing back and forth. Highly recommended!

Best GB iOS App
Updating original review of 3 stars to 5. Mark as played feature was added which was maybe my biggest problem before, progress tracking of videos seems better now, and the mini video player is a good addition too. I can now definitively say this is the best giant bomb video player app on iOS. 👀

App won’t open after recent update
Hey I love this app. I literally use it everyday! Latest update downloaded and now I can’t open the app. It goes transparent and immediately crashes. I hope to see a fix soon. Im still gonna give you five stars though!

Great app, weird problem though
So the app works great for the most part, but for some reason newer episodes of particularly Albummer seem to not want to load properly? It will either stutter constantly or time out, and will refuse to download and I can’t figure out why. Hopefully this is something on the dev’s radar.

Fantastic! Can finally play in the background.
Well designed, love the easy on boarding to setup your account with it. Cherry on top: can finally play videos in the background! Even with the screen off! I like to listen to UPFs and other long videos while working, so this is perfect.
