This could be a great app, but far too often there are instances of pages not loading fully (or at all) and screens not full scrollable, so you can’t reach and click on certain links or buttons. Also, no back arrow is available meaning you get stuck on a page and have to close and log back in. Another issue - the app does not offer or seem able to save log in information. Just sticking to the desktop version at this point.

You would think one of the best childrens hospitals in the world would have a better app. The app is clunky and freezes consistently or will show the load screen forever and never proceed to the next page. I’m not able to print out itemized receipts anywhere for FSA purposes which is frustrating. And when I call and waste time waiting in a queue, I’m reminded repeatedly to use the app. But the app messenger is difficult to access at and I’ve had countless messages be ignored by the staff.

The most frustrating thing is how seamless patient gateway as a healthcare app is in comparison. I can do everything on patient gateway and wish there was a way to import Childrens hospital’s profiles onto that interface because of how much better it is. Please make this app better!

Always freezes or doesn't load, have to uninstall & reinstall constantly. Drs do not answer.... it's an awful way to communicate about sick kids!

I understand that making the information of thousands of patients available through an app while keeping it secure can’t be easy, but why release such an incomplete app when it’s identical to the desktop/browser version? It hardly ever works. Lately when I log in, I only see a blank page. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but no luck.

Save yourself the trouble and instead save a bookmark to your app Home Screen.

For an app that is down AT LEAST once a week, how can it not be better than it is? I have never seen another log in system that is offline for maintenance as much as this. You will click and it will bring you to blank screens. You will click and it just won’t open up to what you are trying to access. I have seen no improvements over the past year, for as much as it is offline

I like the features. They are easy to use and good for quickly gaining the needed knowledge. Also, I am happy with the UI, it is simple and easy to navigate throughout.

This app is unnecessarily confusing. When I go into the app looking just for a weight or height I’m spending more than ten mins trying to find it. It’s absolutely ridiculous why this app is so unorganized they really need to redo this app to make it easier for parents to get something so simple.

Hi, I’m trying to View future visits and the App can’t show Them. After that logout automatically and then I can’t login again.

App says newer version is available and only gives option to click on “update” button. But when one clicks on the update button, it takes one to safari to the Google Play Store!!!! This is nuts!!! Please fix!!!!!

I have an iPhone and I click on the app and it says update available but will only download from the google store and does not have the option of my iPhone.
