They have the option to mail or fax. I have been using the app for quite some time. I like the app better you are able to just take a picture with your phone upload the picture of your receipt. 2-3 days and the funds go directly into your account. I give 5 stars to benefit strategies!!

The benefits strategies app is easy to use, never had a problem if there’s something missing or information needed the website sends an alert also gives enough time to submit missing info

Slow and clunky, doesn’t allow you to upload or submit more than one photo for receipt, and quite a long pause between uploading one and being able to upload another. Randomly locks user out even though Face ID enabled, makes you sign in. Used to have a pin, that’s gone. Of course you forget the passcode if you haven’t used in awhile necessitating a reset. Pain in the rear.

Problems with recent update
The app now requires you to choose 5 security questions. I had to go through 4 different attempts because many of the security questions don’t apply to me. I am an unmarried only child with no children. I have no surviving grandparents and never knew their middle names.

I always dreaded the challenge of using flex spending in the past. This app makes it extremely easy and never a problem with getting reimbursed.

The Benstrat app is super easy to submit receipts and view the balance on the Flex account. Without this I think I probably wouldn’t bother to submit anything I didn’t pay with my flex card.

It’s very convenient to be able to request reimbursement for my daycare expenses through the app. I like that the money is deposited right into my checking account. I would like to suggest an improvement. I wish it would save the name of my daycare provider so I wouldn’t have to type it in every time.
