Where are the channels
App lets me log in fine but the only channels that show are the Home channel and USBC Convention. I’m never able to see any other channel when they’re live, or even the Archived Events and such. Everything works fine on the website.

UX nightmare
Anytime I try to come back to the app after a new block of a tournament has started, I have to kill the app to get it to reset the channels. Channels won’t load otherwise.
Worse, the app can get stuck in a “Validating ID” spin cycle. Killing the app does nothing to solve this. I had to delete and reinstall the app in order to use it again.
Even when working properly, it’s just generally very slow to load. It brings me to a sign up page every time I load a channel before it realizes I’m already a member.

Great, when it works
Paying $15 a month for an app that won’t even load up. When (and if) it dies it’s fine but I mean what am I even paying for?

Failure to allow login
As with many subscribers when attempting to use the app states you need to subscribe. Have contacted them 3 times to fix and received no feedback. Thankfully can still use the website but this is still us at.

Won’t Validate
Paid for the full year subscription, and this app is terrible. Seems to rarely work. Fortunately can access using web access, but what’s the point of having this app?

When launching this app it gets stuck “validating user”. Have to go to web site to login and watch.

Terrible for iPhone users
The app mutes volume on iPhone. Signing in on different browsers doesn’t fix the issue. Beware before subscribing if using an iPhone.

Can’t watch bowling on app
Every time I launch bowltv it gets caught in an endless loop “validating account”. I have to go to the webpage to watch. Fix it or dump it.
