Relaxing
A pleasant and enjoyable game. I don’t fret about trying to beat my high score, but I do find that I am developing strategies and improving as I go along. I haven’t had the problems others have with freezing, etc., maybe because I play in Airplane Mode. If I want to clear the middle I close Airplane Mode and watch an ad or two. The ads are for other games and at some point I might download one of them. They aren’t obtrusive or annoying. I especially like this game because I can play while watching TV or talking to someone.

Bait and switch
I’ve had this game since the beginning. I have lived through the “pay $5.99 to remove ads” that removed nothing. But still I play because it can be so calming. 2 updates ago the journeys appeared and I hated it but I found the free play option so I was okay. Then I bought the option to flip my blocks and I loved it! I figured out that even if it didn’t let me flip my last block it would save the game and let me start where I left off next time. I hate this new version. I don’t want to earn points to be able to do something I PAID FOR. I just want to be able to relax and play this for as long as I want. 5 stars for the concept of the game, 1 for the continued changes I didn’t want.
Update: now the free play option is gone and the journeys are being updated so they don’t currently exist, AND the daily puzzle costs $$ now. So greedy. There’s nothing for me here anymore and you were my go-to game for years and years.

Game SOSO...Developer Not Honest
I kind of liked this game. But the ads were very annoying. So I clicked the link to disable ads. They charged me $5.99. Then I went back to playing and I was still seeing ads. On the page where I disable ads. Here's what it says: "
"Can I disable ads? Yes, a "Remove Ads" button in the settings menu allows you to buy the one-time offer that disables all ads in the game forever."
When I wrote to them and asked them why I paid $5.99 to see 'NO ADS IN THE GAME FOREVER' and I still have to see ads, they said that they have to show ads. So even though it says up there that if you pay $5.99 you will never see ads again, they're going to show you ads. I've asked for my money back. I don't wantto play this game anymore. They had a "one time" opportunity to be honest and they failed. We will see whether they will do the right thing or not...

Alright, this is going to be a doozy.
I have noticed multiple glitches in this game that has been reported from other users, as well as myself.
1. The hint feature worked in the past. It no longer works whatsoever.
2. It does not recognize that the last piece can be flipped. It hits you with “no more moves” when that is not the case.
If it does somehow recognize that it can be flipped, if you touch the flip button again (wanting to flip it to a better fitting position,) it will end your game.
If you look at other reviews, you will find someone complaining about this exact problem. The developer replied, and I quote, “All people are unique and different, so it’s not easy to develop a game that is loved by everybody.” Did the developer even read the complaint? That makes no sense. Either get rid of the function or fix it.
3. There is an ad in the game that is an very fast flashing app icon (iPhone messages in specific) that is not seizure friendly. I feel very dizzy when I see this ad. I contacted customer support about this and they told me to purchase the Remove Ads feature for $5.99. I am very disappointed, come on.

Freezing/Crashes/Still Developmenting levels
I found this game by playing another game. At first, I loved the game and was playing it every day and even multiple times throughout the day. I paid for the no ads, then stated paying for coins. As soon as I paid for the first set of coins then it start freezing up to where I had to close the game or completely shut down my iPad. Then the game started crashing in the middle of the game and now I get that all the levels are NOT created yet. If you are still developing levels then WHY put out an unfinished product!?! Not to mention that when I have to close the game I have to restore the previous game which it NEVER give you back the coins you had or even back to the place where you left off. Please fix these issues and I will give a better review! 🤦🏾♀️😡🤬

Great game
Would give 5 stars if the instruction “place the figure on the field” went away, that’s rather obvious, it also covers the field annoyingly. I’m also a bit dubious about the scoring system it needs to be more obvious, I swear sometimes it doesn’t change at all even after three blocks have been cleared all at once.

Another thing that would polish the game is fixing game ending bugs such as the missed flip figure bug described in other reviews. You should be able to see the endgame field instead of just the game over screen , the game has ended prematurely a number of times yet I can’t see why.

Keeps crashing, won’t open, and too many adds
I’ve had this app for a while now. As much as I love the game, the quantity of ads are ridiculous. I get why they have to have ads BUT they force you to watch an ad 15-29secs then you can X-out only for it to force you to see more of the add before it goes back to the game. Worse is that you can’t get rid of the sound either. You can opt for no music but it still plays sound during the ads. Awful. The only way you can get rid of the sound altogether is to mute your phone. The most recent update made the app not open on my phone. I’ve tried to troubleshoot with all the tricks they’ve suggested and nothing works. I click on the app and it acts like it’s going to open for 20 secs and then closes. More hassle than it’s worth.

Scamming it’s players
For 2hrs I’ve been nicely trying to “deal with” their almost non-existent support. All issues people have mentioned are still true..what was concerning to me is the company makes $ to pay their employees and further develop their apps. It’s done through us..the customer…by watching ads to obtain bonuses. The this is, after watching the ad, instead of getting the bonus it will pop up an ad claiming I don’t have internet…but magically it can play another ad…they get paid…customer gets scammed…. I do not write reviews generally (unless positive) but the do this is other games they make so it’s not isolated to just this game…no problems like this EVER in anything else. I will update my if the company reaches out with some truth…. I likely will upload the chat into this review!

Edited: I saw developers response on a similar review, and figured it out, so I’m happy, but there should be less confusion about how to earn and cash out on the app itself, like during the tutorial.
ZBD app states “ Braindoku by Murka Games is a super-satisfying mobile puzzle game that merges a Sudoku grid with the shape-stacking of Tetris and rewards you with real Bitcoin for solving block puzzles.” However, I have not found anyway on the game to earn/cash out Bitcoin. It’s a decent game, but the whole reason I downloaded this one over similar games was to earn and there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this as advertised.

Ad with fake/scam product
I realize the developers get paid by advertisers but they need to do a better job of patrolling those ads to ensure their players are not getting cheated. The most frequent one I see is about selling a dramatic weight loss product called Keto GT. If you Google this product and the shows that supposedly support it like Shark Tank and DR Oz, you will find those shows bending over backwards to disassociate themselves from the product, saying the product was never endorsed on their show and they view the ads as a scam, THEIR words! I mean, common sense. What weight loss product could possibly be labeled “safe” that allows someone to lose 60 pounds in 10 days?
So, because the developers of this game are enabling a reported scam, I rate their game one star.
