Extremely Addictive!

I started playing this game many years ago. One of my best friends at the time introduced me to the game Bread Kittens. After awhile, We switched to Bread Puppies. I personally love dogs more than cats so I liked this game better. My younger self also noticed it was way easier to get items like Bowbux. The game mechanics are simple and easy to catch onto. I love the style of most of the dogs, but have a few complaints, as most do.
-The game runs my battery down. I kid you not, one of my friends was playing just today and she had only started playing for 10 minutes, and her battery dropped from 74% to 42%. That is quite irritating, seeing as how addictive the game is, and that I won’t be able to play as much because it’s a battery drainer.
-The dogs look like their suffocating. This sounds weird, but trust me. When I put Rye Bread on my doge’s heads, sometimes it looks like it’s going to choke them. Hilariously weird.
For now, that’s really all I have to complain about. Definitely try to fix the battery thing. -Snow

One of my favorite games.

I used to play this game almost every day when I was younger, saving up the bucks to get rare dogs and challenging my friends to see who could get the farthest the fastest. It played a huge role in my childhood. Since quarantine started I’ve been revisiting old things that used to spark joy in me and this game was something I thought of right away. However upon downloading it, excited to see the art and the puppies I’d missed so much, I was greeted by the “Bake 450” screen and then the app immediately crashed. I figured it was a one time thing so I tried again. And again, and again. The game refuses to open and refuses to run. I am beyond upset that it no longer seems to work and I know it’s been many years since the developers have updated this game but if they are still present and actively reading reviews I personally ask that they check this issue and see if they can restore a game near and dear to so many people. I have the bread kittens app for now to hold me over, and I still adore these games even with the bugs. <3

OMG so cute but funny at the same time!

This is probably the BEST GAME IN THE HISTORY OF GAMES!!!!!!! It is just a mix between adorable and hilarious. I mean, BREADING PUPPIES! So cute! And I love that there are different types of dogs like common, uncommon, rare very rare and more! There is literally only three things I don’t ❤️ about this game. 1, in app purchases. I mean it’s not the creators fault I hate in app purchases, just I don’t like that they are in the game in the first place. They just make the game a little unfair because my parents won’t let me do them but some kids parents will and then the game is really only fair to the one that made the purchase. 2, I absolutely hate that you have to watch an ad every single time you want to get out of the bakery. 3, please make it easier to catch rare pups, once I baked 34 capture breads and I wasted ALL I REPEAT ALL of the bread on one battle and didn’t even get the pup I wanted 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
So this is a great app besides those three reasons.

Hilarious and adorable, but glitchy 😭

I just love this game! I enjoy the graphics and mechanics, as well as the overall concept. Some people will say this encourages dogfighting, but you'll notice that you just scare the dogs away, you do NOT kill them. Also, you have to keep in mind that your dogs are fighting to save their species from being brainwashed (if you pay attention to Peanut).
I like that this game includes some rarer dogs, like the Akita (one of my favorite breeds)!
I also love how silly and cute this game is. Just looking at the face of a schnauzer with rye bread on its head is beautiful. Just beautiful.

But wait!
The game keeps canceling, often at the worst times-in the middle of a battle, about to catch a new dog breed, at the end of the map, etc.- which means you have to start at the beginning of the map and risk being ambushed! This can get really annoying, especially if your pups are low on health and need rest, but you were also on the last level of the map and you have to walk over there again!

I love this game, but this makes me really sad.
Fix for five stars?
Please?

Update: Ok, that's it! I love this game, but you can hardly do a thing without it crashing. I understand that other people are having this issue and it seems like nothing is being done to change it! I seriously love playing this game, but not if I can only go on for thirty seconds! Three stars.

AWSOME, worth every penny.🐕🐩🐺🐶🦊

This game is sooo addicting, and the dogs are so beautiful. Yes, it can get pricy, but it's worth it. When you get a unique dog, you get through worlds so easily, and, you can get rare, very rare, and unique treats faster, and get more powerful dogs. This game has everything I love, beautiful dogs, AWSOME battles, and multiplayer function(I don't know how to do please help) I give this game 11/10, this is perfect for any dog lover. AND it's not bloody, so it's perfect for all ages!

One little thing,
I think you should add more dogs, like foxes, and alternate colors like in BreadKittens, like a blue Australian Shepard, or a red husky, and so on. And maybe more worlds, like a sky world, or a ocean, island, etc. that would be epic! Even though the game is perfect, this would make even more perfect.

Bring them back!!!

I used to play this game all the time when I was younger and I remember enjoying it! It made me beyond happy and even inspired me to start taking art professionally! This game has brought so much joy to many and given me many reasons to be happy and just a couple months ago I had remembered it and I decided to download it. After months of searching I finally found it and I was so excited to play it! Unfortunately the app seemed to have crashed. I saw that it’s been years since it has last been updated but I would be so extremely grateful if they fixed this and brought the game back, I want to remember my childhood and I would be happy!!

So cute

I named the dog that is the same breed as my real dog, Puck, and when I unlock it, I'm definitely slapping a poptart on her face. I love the basic gameplay! Every time someone watches me play and asks what I'm doing, I respond with, " I'm playing Bread Puppies. It's like Pokemon, but with more puppies and gluten." And whoever asked me what I was doing walked away. Especially if that person is my pe teacher. He's allergic to gluten. Also could you make a Bread Lizards? Lots of people like me like lizards and I really want to see a Crocodile Skink (I'm getting one, I'm naming it Murp) with a toaster pastry on its head. I'm not sure if you guys agree, but I can't help laughing when I'm breading a puppy and I realize all I'm doing is throwing a piece of bread with a hole in it at a puppy.

Absolutely Adorable! Love it!

This game, in my opinion, is so much fun and addicting! I love dogs and when I saw this game, I had to give it a try. To be honest, I was a tad disappointed that the dogs didn't evolve into other breeds but after thinking it through, it sounded silly.

This game is NOT to promote dog abuse or anything negative. I think this game is a cute way to get people involved with the different breeds and to learn the names of each dog. Labrador Retriever, Siberian Husky, Chihuahua, ect.

I have yet to complete the gameplay and get my puppies to level 100; I believe that's the highest level. But it's very addicting game. I'd recommend this game to anyone who hasn't downloaded it yet. Very cute and simple gameplay.

Way better than bread kittens!!!!!!!!

This game is amazing and is waaaaaaay better than bread kittens for these reasons:
1. Dogs are better than cats
2. Dogs are cuter than cats!
3. It is way harder to earn anything, in bread puppies you start out with much more than you do on bread kittens! Also, bread kittens glitches a bunch and for me, bread puppies never has!

Simpler betterments:

•better music!
•more breeds!
•easier to get flour!
•easier to get money!
•easier to get food!
•better islands!
•cuter animals!
•easier to level up!
•overall way better!

Bread puppies is really fun and awesome! There is no game better than it and it is really addicting! I have only had the app for 2 days and I am already really far!

I had bread kittens and it is really hard to get anything!

My friend and I had a silly fight over which game was better:

Bread puppies

And I won! We read all the reviews for each app and there were way more good ratings for bread puppies than bread kittens! She still won't admit that puppies are better!

Fix it

So I played this game for over a year and almost finished because I tried to catch every boss(was missing 4) and I eventually stopped playing it and deleted it. I decided to redownload the game on my iPhone X and the game won’t work. I didn’t expect my save file to be there but I at least expected to be able to OPEN THE APP. Every time I try to open the app the game crashes within 2 seconds of me opening. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, I've tried turning my phone off and on, tried to power off and turn it back. That’s all I’m willing to do as I’m not resetting my phone. All I wanted to do was to try and give the game a try again a couple years of not playing to see if it was worth playing and I’m disappointed about this. I remember playing this and having so much fun and I’m shocked to see how downhill it’s gone. Fix the game and I might fix the review.
