Changed my life
I always listen to a fan or something and I would sleep better, but the “Deep Brown Noise” has elevated the quality of my sleep in a very noticeable way. I fall asleep faster. I sleep more soundly - hardly moving. My dreams are deeper and I feel like I’m remembering them more often, and I’m dreaming every night. I am telling everyone I know about “deep brown noise” - to me, it is like falling asleep next to a powerful rushing river.

Two hour timer unless you pay
Tried this app out tonight, and instead of helping my insomnia, it caused it. I woke up at 1am because the sound turned off. My groggy brain turned it back on and I fell back asleep. Woke up again at 3am because the sound turned off. Apparently, there’s an automatic two hour timer that you can’t turn off unless you pay. Sneaky. Other subscription noise apps at least tell you there’s a time limit. Not this one - and I downloaded it because it didn’t appear to have a timer. So here I am, 4:30am, still awake, on the couch so I don’t wake up my husband, and will probably still be awake when his alarm goes off at 6. Do yourself a favor and scroll down in the App Store. There’s plenty of truely free brown noise apps. Maybe I’ll sleep better tomorrow night with one of those.

The best things in life…
Are absolutely free. This is an amazing little free app that doesn’t cost a thing and has helped me get the best sleep I have gotten in years. Decades even! Nothing fancy, just 5 different noises to kill you to rest. I love the Green noise and when I hear it, it’s lights out. Thank you for making such a great app and making it free!

Great noise, needs a clock face
This brown noise is awesome and soothing. But other noise apps that I have used also have a clock feature that turn my screen into a big digital clock face. Could be a REALLY great addition to this app.

EVERYTHING behind paywall
one week after i bought this app—which was actually helping me sleep—they introduced a “premium” mode which did not add ANY features at all but instead REMOVED all basic features except one sound which can now only be played for up to one hour. so suddenly this app which was great is… worthless. i’m un-downloading it as soon as I finish this review. if you want more money, add ads or upgrades. don’t get rid of the basic purpose of your app.

It used to be free
All of these sleeping apps say it’s free to download at this point they should probably start putting prices on these apps. This app is free for a little bit and I woke up today and apparently it’s no longer for you need to buy a premium subscription. I don’t think I should pass subscription to use a sound noise to sleep that’s ridiculous and I’m very disappointed that this app switched to a premium subscription kind of thing.

It’s the best sleep app out there. Not only do you have a choice between different sleep noises (brown, green, pink, white, etc) - there’s a time limit and it’s free!! Thank you from someone who needs this to fall asleep 💙

Bait and switch!
The brown noise was great… until it suddenly stopped after an hour and I was bombarded by ads to “try premium” for what had previously been free. Now it’s no longer helping with my sleep, but waking me up every few hours to reset it. If you must gain revenue, put ads before you turn the noise on and then let it run all night like it used to. I’m actively searching for an alternative.

This app helps me sleep so much!! I recommend this app to you if your are a light sleeper. At first, it might be a bit challenging, but after 1 singular day, EVERYTHING CHANGES!!! Get this app if you need help sleeping. ITS WORTH IT!!!!!
