Description

1-Tap to Fall asleep easily, Focus, or Relax.
Say goodbye to sleepless nights and fussy babies.
Pink, Green, and Brown noise help your sleep better in different ways.

New and Easy-to-Use features of Color Sleep:
* Most versatile high-quality white noise.
* Colored Noise: Pink, Green & Brown Noise.
* Recommended Soothing Sleep Sounds.
* Integrated Sleep Timer that fades out noise after set time.
* 1-Tap to play: simply effective and not hindered.
* Wthout any distracting digital looping.
* Play on speakers, AirPods, or HomePod.
* Control from the lock screen.
* Relaxing Dark Mode.

There are numerous benefits to using Color Sleep:
• Helps you sleep by blocking distractions
• Relaxes and reduces stress
• Pacifies fussy and crying babies
• Increases focus while enhancing privacy
• Soothes headaches and migraines
• Masks tinnitus (ringing of the ears)

Color Sleep feature four “colors” of noise - each with different properties:

* Green noise is actually a variation of white noise, full of sounds that call nature to mind, like ocean waves or trickling waterfalls. Since its frequency isn’t super high, it’s a good fit for those who like gentle ambient noise while falling asleep. Its ties to nature sounds are also a great fit for those seeking relaxation or struggling to unwind at the end of the day.

* Pink noise is a mix of high and low frequencies, like the sound of falling rain or gentle ocean waves, making it soft and calming. It also has more power in the lower frequency bands than white noise does, and those strong bass tones make it sound less harsh to the human ear.

* Brown noise (also known as Red Noise) is like a deeper version of pink noise, with even more bass tones and low-frequency concentrated energy. It sounds dampened compared to white noise, but somehow stronger, comparable to hard ocean surf during a storm or the rumble of a brass instrument humming a low note.

* White noise has lulled people to sleep for ages. Because white noise encompasses all of the frequencies any person can possibly hear (about 20 Hertz to 20 thousand Hertz), it holds the potential to block out any outside sound. The consistency of white noise creates a tried-and-true masking effect, which can help people fall asleep faster. White noise sounds like the static you hear when you accidentally tune cable TV to an unused channel.

Color Sleep helps ADULTS sleep by:
- Blocking out unwanted noises
- Forming a sleep association that cues you to fall asleep
- Helping you feel calm, relaxed, and soothed.

Color Sleep helps BABIES sleep by:
- Forming a sleep association that cues your baby to fall asleep
- Engaging your baby’s calming reflex allows the baby to sleep longer
- Blocking outside noises that may wake your baby

Color Sleep helps you STUDY and FOCUS by:
- Improving focus and creativity by preventing outside distractions while forming a cocoon of concentration.
- Creating a pleasant and zen-like environment for meditation.

Why buy a portable noise maker or sound machine when you can use the devices you already own?
The audio from Color Sleep works great when played directly from your iPhone or iPad speaker.

Sleep Noise features four “colors” of noise - each with different properties:

Why buy a portable noise maker or sound machine when you can use the devices you already own? The audio from Sleep Noise works great when played directly from your iPhone or iPad speaker.

stepndnbribri,
New to app
I just started using this app. I have had difficulty sleeping for most of my adult life and need to use white noise to help me fall asleep. I am looking forward to learning more about this app and how it can help me to fall off to sleep. On my first night I used the green noise and literally felt my body relaxing within just a few minutes. The green noise really helped my brain to stop all the “chatter” that typically keeps me awake. I hope to find other helpful ways of getting to sleep with this app. If it does, I feel it would be totally worth $30 for a year. I’ll update this review as I learn more about the app.
Annzee12,
Simple to use, sleep better
I love the sleep noise app and give no more valuable sleep hours. It’s insanely ease to use and super intuitive. My daughter sleep so much better when we use the app. My spouse and I also sleep better because of green noise. I love sleep timer feature because the previous app I use slaps you in the face when it turns of so abruptly.
Apfdiver,
No longer a skeptic
I was leery of the claims that certain sounds help to turn off your mind. I must admit that I have found this to be true.

I have quite a lot of trouble of turning off my mind so I can sleep so I decided to try this app. I found that the green noise and the relaxing music has helped me get some much needed sleep.
Sandradeek,
Easy to use and great sleep sounds
I love the sleep noise app🥰. I use it to sleep, work, and even read. Green noise is a game changer to assist with focus📖. Pink noise help me fall sleep😴, especially when I am traveling. I like the sleep timer feature to wake up happy. The app extremely easy to use, one click and you’re ready to go!👍
El Ayalaou,
This app is perfect for my child
This app is perfect I put th music on she just fell asleep! Thanks to this app I don't have to worry about getting her to sleep😄
Svefn,
Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars
Is that it doesn’t offer a one-time purchase option. I have so much subscription fatigue that I would pay one higher price to be able to use this whenever. Recommended price $50. Thank you.
Tim Orrino,
Very buggy
I’d be better off using the onboard iPhone sounds. Sometimes I can’t stop music from playing in the background of white or brown noise, sometimes it’s fine. Sometimes the sound quits when the Lock Screen is on, sometimes it’s fine. Zero response from 2 attempts to reach out for support. Waste of money because I have to have reliable sleep sounds.
Blasa64,
Sleep aid
I have trouble sleeping and used this app for brown noise to calmly relax me and help me to fall asleep. It worked.
SCWItt,
Doesn’t work right
When i open the app it plays another song/ theme/ noise over what i am actually trying to play. So annoying. Do not waste ur money. I am requesting a refund.
hairy ballsax,
24 hours to download
It’s sound, how does it take hours to download. To be horns I didn’t even use the crappy app, I don’t have time to sit around for hours waiting for it download
