Update: My withdrawal got reviewed in less than 48 hours and is on its way to my account. *SPOILER ALERT* if yours didn’t happen this way you didn’t follow the prompts appropriately or you didn’t register appropriately. It’s not their fault some people don’t take the proper time to read an explanation. You could try reading their terms of service too there’s useful stuff in there.
5 stars because it’s fun and, after only depositing $5 and getting a $5 bonus, I made $45 in an hour and had like $9 bonus cash so naturally I payed 50 to play and lost it all. Seems fair given the winning streak I had and deciding not to immediately start the withdrawal process. Made $22 back in a few matches and started withdrawal. Based on everything I read cuz I looked carefully at all of it, the wait could be 3-30 days at most. Anyone complaining about the withdrawal time, try getting a refund at many stores. Places your card clears instantly will also tell you it takes 3-7 days despite the fact that a refund is basically a direct deposit. This stuff happens like an assembly line, someone’s working on the same thing as yours and yours is still in the pile, they’ll get to it relax. You can also message them if it’s overdue based on their own time estimates. That’s how customer service works.

Legit and fun with caveats
Update: I still say this is a fun game and you can win a little cash. You’re not going to get rich nor suddenly have enough for concert tickets. It’s getting soooo competitive though. (They changed the wheel and the availabile games.) Preferred the original system where hard work, some skill and a little luck got to a payout. Now it seems good luck and some skill are the requirements. Still 5 stars for now but I hope this trend doesn’t continue.
You can honestly win and cash out. There’s a wait period, standard loss of bonus cash and of course it’s not instant. With steady play however you can win some cash and it’s repeatable. (I try to cash out at least twice before leaving any review.) Good thing it’s a lot of fun to play for those who like bubble shooter games. The ridiculous withdrawal facade
The app is fun but its not remotely friendly regarding a person withdrawing. The first thing they do is send you an email letting you know that your withdrawal will be processed in 15-30 DAYS. Yes you read that correctly, 15-30 DAYS 🤣🤣😅😂 Now, thats also dependent on how much and whether or not you deposited more than that amount (they are ahead) or less than that amount (you are ahead). Because if you’re ahead you are further subject to some completely random distribution (ie further penalized for withdrawing) If your ahead then they reserve the right to send a paper check for a portion of your withdrawal 🤣🤣🤣 You cant make this stuff up folks. So play the game, its fun, never deposit real money, they make it too difficult to get any back.

I will attach some screenshots of customer support and how any payout works. So tired of all these fake idiots. So there is no way to attach images or screenshots, but I copied what support sent me, and this is what they say,,,, Hello, thank you for reaching out. My name is Aria and I will be happy to assist you. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is $2, and a $1 processing fee will be applied to any withdrawal less than $10. So you must have at least $3 in cash to make a withdrawal. Bonus cannot be withdrawn for the time being. Bonus Cash is an in-game currency used to enter cash games, and it has no other use. When you apply for a withdrawal, all of your Bonus Cash will be frozen, then forfeited once your application is approved. If your withdrawal is canceled or rejected, your Bonus Cash will be returned to your account. The thing to understand is that I know it’s a skill based game, but that’s the least of my problems because I am not an idiot. It is how the payout works for the time spent. People will never get anywhere and it is absolutely not worth it.

Best Bubble Game by Far
If you love popping bubbles this one is the best even if you couldn’t win money which you can! Alll users beware BONUS cash can never be withdrawn on any of these games ever!!!! Accept that fact and move on. The key is to only give them like $5 at most. Use that money to win. And withdraw your winnings anytime you have enough to walk away from a blackjack table when you randomly sat down to play ONE hand. Meaning 20-50 bucks. And don’t be a RUBE and try and protect the 30 BONUS dollars you have instead of withdrawing the $32 real ones. I was that RUBE. You don’t need to be. Change of mind…
At first I rated this game a five star but the more I keep playing it I’m realizing they jip you on your winnings. Never happens with the jewels, only when it comes to the money part. It’ll say that I won first but no money goes into the account. It shows it’s going in there with the dollars “flying in” but the amount remains the same and doesn’t go up in amount. This has happened at least six or seven times since I started playing these past few days. I’m paying money for this game and making bets and all it’s doing is jipping me at my winnings when I do actually win. Also sometimes it says processing and it’ll say I’m number one or in the top three then says “better luck next time” after it said I already I won and was ranked. They just don’t want to give you your winnings. So it’s a 50/50 for me. A good game to play cause it’s addicting and just keeps your mind busy but a scam when it come to your winnings & actually making a profit. So play wisely cause you will lose more than you win.

Such a fun and addicting game!
This is one of the best games I’ve ever played! It’s so much fun and challenging. I love how there are barely any glitches. Whenever I have down time I play this and my son has even downloaded it on his phone and loves it also. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there are only 2 games you can play with the diamonds; one has an entry fee of 20 diamonds and the other has an entry fee of 1.2k diamonds, (such a big jump away from 20) and the rest of the games have entry fees of different amounts of money. I think there should be at least 2 other diamond games to play with entry fees between 20 and 1.2k because if you don’t have at least 1.2k diamonds you’re stuck playing the 20 diamond entry fee game over and over again which can get boring at times. Not everyone can or wants to add money to play those other games with entry fees of money. Adding more diamond games will give everyone more of a variety.

Horrible withdrawal rules & missleading
First off, I never write reviews so for me to write one must mean something ticked me off. The game is misleading as you can’t win much money from it. Even though I have $35 of wins I can only withdrawal less (usually around $15-20) because of “bonus money”. But here is the kicker….it says you can withdrawal and gets put in pay pal or Venmo. Well I have had major issues with pay pal in the past so refuse to get a pay pal account (cancelled mine a couple years ago). But they will only let you deposit through pay pal or in order to deposit it any other way you still have to provide pay pal email. Why?! They cannot answer me on why and seems a little sketchy to me. I wanted to deposit through Venmo like they say they can but yet I cannot. They are misleading and not transparent. I will not spend anymore money with them. I can find a similar game for free. Even if I can’t win money from it, it doesn’t matter because I can’t even get my money I won from this game. Plus, people said it takes like a month to get your money so what’s the point.

This game pitches itself as a competitive match game with money rewards. While technically you can win games and cash out, it has nothing to do with skill and I think calling it competitive is a straight-up lie. The game decides whether you win or not regardless of your score. If you don’t believe me, try this.
Do your best to start out. Get as high of a score as you can. Wow! You got over 60,000!! That’s awesome. Dang, the person you “matched” against got 61,000. Maybe it was just an easy level. Get a high score again. Hey you won one! Congrats. Hmm it’s getting competitive now. You’re still getting high scores but you’re waffling between third and fourth place with the occasional win.
Alright, now start failing levels. Just shoot out a straight line until you fail. 0 score so last place makes sense. Now, get a couple color matches and then fail. Get your score in the 2k-6k range. Huh. You’re winning again? Second place, fourth place, first place. It’s almost like…..the game is just a slot machine and skill has literally nothing to do with it.
This is fine. It’s a free game. Just know that you are gambling. It’s way more reliable to just grind the tens of thousands of matches you need to play to get level rewards and daily rewards if you want a return. Just get a couple matches on each level and see what the slots reward you. Don’t waste your time trying to get good scores. Just get a few matches and fail out to save time.

every time I play a game where I have to pay a $ entry fee I never get my prize when I’m one of the top 3. Coincidentally, every time that I play using the purple diamonds that never happens and also when I play and I pay a dollar fee and I am not in the top three and never says pending every time that I am in the top three it always says pending and I know it’s not my phone.
