This app is amazing. I used it while my youth group was on a mission trip. We had access to incredible healthcare while we were out of the country. We received a response almost immediately and the Dr. was kind, intelligent and patient. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Great concept that didn’t deliver
I was thrilled to have this choice as a visit so I didn’t have to go into the office. The wait was not long, the doctor came on and Gave me prescription suggestions and asked where to call it in. 10 minutes into the visit the doctor stopped responding to anything and didn’t close out the conversation or ever bother to call in the prescription. I would recommend using other options to receive better service.

The app has been designed to mimic a patient and provider dialogue, and it’s easy to follow! Use the app for my whole family as we stay connected to our doctor in Texas. We’ve used it locally to save time, parking fees, and on our vacations.

Skip the wait, connect with your doctor now
As a person who does not frequently go to the doctor, I have been looking for an easy way to connect with my doctor online on the rare occasions when I need to. Care Convene provides an easy way to do this without having to drive in and wait. I also really like how I can link my Fitbit for activity tracking!

Missed my doctor visit
I was waiting for the doctor and I never saw that he was messaging me. It never indicated that he was there chatting with me. I realized it u til it was too late and I missed my opportunity to consult with him setting me back. This app is NOT user friendly and doesn’t give you notifications when the doctor is chatting with you. I couldn’t reset it after everything I tried. Very VERY frustrating.

This app blows. I used it for a tele health visit and that service went fine. I called the provider for a receipt and they said I needed to contact the app. Well there is only an email. So if you don’t need an FSA receipt like I do…this app maybe just fine for you. They don’t respond to their emails.

Waited 10 hrs and still the tele dr never showed, just left me in the online“waiting room”
My credit card was charged for an appointment that never took place. Now that’s just more time & work to dispute the charges. What a waste and disappointing experience.
