I am absolutely NOT HAPPY!!!!!! I was sold this plan through the Market Place. And was not even told once that it is a “Virtual Plan”. I never even heard of such a thing! I get my card in the mail and try to set it up on line, on this app, and via phone and am not able to do so!!!!!! So, when on the phone trying to contact a representative through Priority Health, I was the 23rd caller on hold to get through. After and hour and a half on hold, the music and repeat recordings stopped and I thought, awesome, finally going to talk to someone! NOPE! It went right to the recorded survey as though I did talk to someone!!!!!! I haven’t even TALKED TO ANYONE!!!!!! Press 1 if you are satisfied and representative answered all your questions. Press 2 if you are not satisfied. Press 1 if you would recommend Priority Health to others. Press 2 if you would not. ETC.
All I want to do is find out how I am to use this! On the paper that came with the card attached it says to call the customer service #. And that I am required to first set up a virtual appointment from an assigned primary care physician. Does that mean one of your’s or mine????? I will never know because, NOBODY KNOWS!!!!!! And I can’t get through to them and this app does not provide any information regarding any of this!!!!!! I clicked on every option trying to set this app up. And when I hit save, it does NOTHING!!!!
