App isn’t really difficult to use, my only complaint I wish the developers would make it a lot easier to log out of it. I hate having to click the settings wheel to log out of the app. Also need to move the tabs from the bottom when my mom needs to sign she always grabs the tablet there and a couple of times she has hit the continue tab before she has sign. Other than that app is okay and as I previously stated not difficult to use.

I rarely have an issue with this app, my mother, who I take care of, likes the app n gets a kick out of signing her name on the app.. when I have had an issue with the app I either send my coordinator a message via the app or I call her on the phone n she fixes the issue... My coordinators name is Marlén n she has always been very kind n pleasant to us... I’ve been working with my mom now 3 years n it has definitely brought my mom n I much closer... thank you caring professionals for ur services for my mom.....

The app makes clocking in and out simple , as well as speaking with your Coorodinator and to check on your past shifts ... it lets you know if you’re missing a signature or anything like that. They also send clock in reminders which I think some may find helpful .

The other commentator hit it on the head. My mom always worries she won’t get paid because she has trouble clocking in/out. It causes her much stress, and on top of that I always have to be there to assist her. The app is overall glitchy, slow, and won’t download updates properly, preventing her from clocking in/out. Now she has to worry about being paid despite doing her job. Mandating this app for all workers was a TERRIBLE idea. Who thought technology use would be a good idea for 40-60 year olds anyway (many of whom don’t even have smart phones). These people didn’t do their market segment research or they just don’t care. Stupid as hell.

I’ve been working with caring professionals for a little over a year. All I can say is good things about the company & the services. Staff has always been accessible & willing to assist in anyway. The experience has been great & I look forward to the future with this company.

My mother and I loves the app it’s works amazingly perfect any problem you have you’re able to message the coordinator and she respond back your able to see your schedule best thing caring professional has done with the phone app instead of faxing paper . The app is GREAT

I personally love this app because it makes my job easier. It helps to stay current with reminders of when to clock in and clock out. Thought this app, I can communicate with my coordinator who is always available through the app’s messaging feature.

Many updates and finally it works more than not. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. People are quick to write bad reviews but not willing to give praise when it is due. Good work developer and thank you.

Really love the convenience to clock in and out and see my shift schedule right through my phone using app. Recent updates have really ironed out glitches that were there. Chat feature to contact your coordinator is really timesaving and easy.

Have no issue and I enjoy doing what I do taking care of my daughter... this has been a blessing to us I’m so happy to have this opportunity thanks caring Proffestionals for all you do to keep this going appreciate it so much ...
