MedFlyt is working better now
I noticed the issue started yesterday. There are not updated visit clock in or clock out options. The days on the calendar are not available. Had to use the alternative after several attempts. Everything has been updated and I am able to clock in and out without issues.

It’s much more convenient. You don’t have to keep calling or the office keep calling to remind you to do it, but you have this app that reminds you and also send you a notification to complete it. At times you get to the clients house you’re doing other things and you forget, but with this app it will send you a text message.

Feel like scam
I uploaded documents,personal information , I completed training and since after I complete onboarding training everything change :nothing show up in the app no more, no shift not able to ask for help ,it keeps showing error, delete and download again nothing change. I feel like they scam me and my personal Information o don’t know where they at now. Imagine u waste 3hrs to watch videos etc… that’s not right my bank info and my social security number etc… they took them all

Not a scam
The app had me thinking it was a scam at first but after a couple of days it has been good..I have been working and the team responds is always there…My coordinator is the best…answer all the time and call if he doesn’t hear back from me…

Platinum home care in Brooklyn coordinators are respectful and attentive and wants my best interest for my self and patient . The best agency . We use Med fly for online work training exercises.. the app is a little slow when you try watching the videos online.. The training menu are straight forward and user friendly.

Bad experience
This application takes your information and then makes you wait for a long time for approval and when you think you're almost there, it says that the company changed the policies and everything is lost. I feel scammed and worried because I don't know where my personal information went.
