Easy, intuitive and engaging
I love my Centivo app! I have easy access to my ID card and can find a doctor in the in-app directory. I can also see referrals from my primary care physician instantaneously and get questions answered about my coverage and claims via chat with a representative. So quick and so easy. Can’t say this enough, keep making healthcare easier Centivo, because it’s working!

Easy to use
The process of selecting & changing my primary care doctor is totally seamless. The find care directory is a helpful feature that allows me to easily find in-network doctors. I enjoy having the ability to view my plan & copay details at any time within the app.

Does not work!
I have notified IT multiple times asking for help. I cannot look at more than one item in the without being kicked off and needing to sign back in. My deductible bar has not changed at all over the last 8 months of being part of this insurance company despite paying multiple bills on time so I’m not sure if that’s the app not updating properly or if Centivo as a whole is a scam. Who doesn’t have a member website sign on nowadays? Especially if their app is so worthless.

Bugs bugs
For iphone xr, if you hit the search button the search bar will hide all the way at the top of the phone with no way of typing into it. Cant go back from one screen to the other one. This is ridiculous
