Forget Track AI and get Chase Robot instead.
After being very disappointed with the Track AI tripod head by the same manufacturer, I decided to take a chance on Chase Robot. In my opinion, Chase Robot is so much better, in that it doesn’t crash whenever I try to record something, and there are no annoying watermarks on every recorded video, unlike on Track AI.
So forget about buying Track AI, and consider buying Chase Robot instead. 👍

Not ready for the current age...
This works fine if all you want to do is record yourself. The tracking is a little slow but otherwise is okay...ONLY for recoding YOURSELF. Despite the app saying that you can use video calling apps, such as Skype, they lied to get you to buy the product. This does not work with Skype, or any other video calling app. It’ll connect you to your Skype, then dial some random “bot” that does not answer. In this day and age, where quarantine is part of daily life, people want to have a device that they can use for keeping in touch with family. This, unfortunately, is not it. I chatted with their customer service who then tells you they can’t help and to email them. You’ll email, hope-in-hand, and you won’t get a response. Of course. And a product that’s under $15...I should have known better.

Doesn’t work as advertised
I cannot use the phone holder with FaceTime or Google duo without the stand constantly spinning in circles. It also records mg screen for some reason to do this but doesn’t allow me to see the recorded material. The bugs in this really do cause for some disappointment as I was hoping this would be a nice cheap alternative that would allow telecommunication to be easier with family during the pandemic. Please update the app to fix this so other users won’t experience this same issue. As for this unit, it will be returned from the original store of purchase and exchanged for a phone stand that is ten dollars less.

Not what I expected!
Can’t use with Instagram reels! have to record separately for face/object follow to work. Can’t play music in background while recording. Both on IPhone and while using Chase robot camera. Have to download app just to use can’t use without the app, nice concept but really inconvenient everything these days makes you download an app. Too bad phone don’t come with more space and the cloud really doesn’t help much with storage either just the idea of more storage.

There was potential but needs a lot of work
Unfortunately it runs slow when tracking your face. It does work, but slow and choppy. The filters and additional features are a nice touch but the deal breaker? This does not connect properly with any apps as advertised. Also, while you would imagine the recordings you use within the app would go to your pictures and videos library, it does not.

I bought this for my 8 year old son to use so I had to learn it first. I thought it was really easy! And really fun with the filters!

Save your 15 bucks + tax
I opened the box and inserted batteries and then opened their app only on my account (both apps that are available don’t work with the hardware properly) This update supposedly fixed the connection and lag but it didn’t. Yes this product will be returned and I will not be able to give it any positive feedback (THIS PEACE OF “ugh” is a Hugo
