Bought for the teenager . Downloaded the ap to test as I wanted to trouble shoot should there be issues. Happy to report no issues

You’re better off getting the Chase Robot from the same company.
To start with, on in iPhone 11 with the latest version of iOS, the app crashes a lot… And I mean a lot, especially when I go to record. secondly, there is a very annoying watermark on every video that I record with Track AI, and there seems to be no way to remove it, at least not that I’m aware of, and I would rather not crop it out in post/production.
I rated the app for 2 stars because even though the app is total garbage, the tripod head itself is a great candidate for tinkering. Perhaps I’ve finally found a use for some of my old RC car stuff.

Doesn’t work in front camera
Front camera mode, face recognition doesn’t work. Object tracking freezes and crashes.
Front camera does work but renders are pixelated. Good if you got iPhone w a 1080p front facing camera since it does track if up close. But doesn’t track far away. Which is dumb and not usable. can’t track running or jogging just very slow movements. Hopefully ceo reads this because fixing these problems will make it a beast. Good idea but crappy tracking tech.

Did not work for me
Just did not work. It never connected. Reached out to support and working on resolution. They were quick to reply to the email. Will update later but bumped it to 5 stars because of quick response and promised resolution.
Update: reached out and heard once from developers but nothing really happened. Falso hopes of a resolution.

Doesn’t connect
Got the device from five below down in Manhattan earlier today just got the batteries in it has been 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get it to connect with absolutely no luck. So that’s when something told me to come read the reviews and I see I’m not the only one with this issue.

BEWARE
All three apps don’t work with this. Why does everyone have this problem? Any five star reviews are just people saying great! Doesn’t make me believe those are even real. Tried to contact the chat button was not offered help. Would be nice to have some help with this actually working.

Won’t connect
It doesn’t connect. BUT, when you first scan it another app called 360 view works! It connects perfectly with the device I got from five below. No hassle. Go download it.
