Another great visit with Dr. Hicks!
Dr. Hicks has a way of reassuring us without discounting our concerns. She always comes prepared to discuss our son’s ongoing issues and is also ready to listen carefully to new concerns. She is very knowledgeable—which we find comforting, but she also wants to hear and values our opinion. Taking care of a medically complex kid can be overwhelming. Dr. Hicks, our nurse case manager, the nursing staff, the front office staff, social worker, dietician, etc. do a great job of supporting us in our parenting efforts. In addition to providing direct care, they make us aware of resources outside of their office. We highly value the complex care clinic!

Great for the entire family
I am so glad I have this app. I wasn’t feeling well Friday afternoon before a big weekend of work and needed care but didn’t want to wait at the urgent care. I used the app instead and got seen within 5 minutes from my bed. It’s perfect for the working mom. I recommend this app to everyone!!

Rude Doctor
Just had a visit. The video cut off, so the doctor called me back. He had a sarcastic, rude tone, and didn’t take me seriously at all. The call was about 3 minutes. He didn’t ask any questions. He just told me to give my son medicine. I didn’t feel like he cared at all. I was rushed off the phone, which is crazy since I paid $55. I won’t use this app again. The doctor made me feel like I was a burden to him, and his lack of advice or concern gave me scam vibes.

Infuriating
Had an appointment this morning no problems, except the pharmacy is closed. So we tried to get a second appointment, forget it. Over 4 hours constantly kicked out to different providers moved back in line and NO ONE WILL SEE US AGAIN!! Keep getting chat messages they will not let you respond to and a provider never comes on. My daughter has an excruciating ear infection and no one will help. So disappointed!!! Also, they do not give any follow up info after your appointment. No email, no doctor info, no diagnosis. Super disappointed on a time we need help the MOST!!

Weekend Relief
Virtual visits are a life saver. Feeling really sick but didn’t want to go to urgent care and be exposed to people given it’s flu season. The wait was under 5 min, the Dr. was able to talk me through my symptoms as if I was in his office. Instead of waiting until Monday for relief, I can start taking the prescribed meds shortly. Thanks Children’s Health!

I just finished my appointment with a physician and I can’t rave enough about this!!! It’s 6am on a Saturday and I don’t have to leave the comfort of my bed during a time when I feel extremely achy and sick. 100% recommend!!!! Actually getting to speak with a real person was pretty great!

Don’t use! SCAM
Terrible app, I just paid 55 dollars for a visit that tried connecting with the doctor about four times and she just ended the visit so I’m out medicine and 55 dollars when I could’ve just gone to an emergency clinic. I’m beyond frustrated and when I tried calling customer service from the phone number the app provided me the lady had no idea what I was talking about and told me she couldn’t help me because she didn’t know the app that I was referring to! Ridiculous!!!!
