App doesnt respond/ show my area.
I have tried numerous times to update my address, I live in Los Angeles and the settings every have my correct address, but the map and reports are only showing for a random city in the middle of Bulgaria. I reset the app, connected to different wifi spots, signed back in and out, updated the correct address, but still doesnt show me anything related to my area, not even close. This app belongs in the trash.

Really well-done and worthwhile
This app has a ton of potential to create transparency in how city governments go about improving the lives of people around the U.S. What I like is that it’s action-oriented and public, so citizens throughout any city can see what’s going on and so reports/complaints don’t just fall into a black hole.
City governments should definitely see the utility of this app for creating greater efficiency in their public services!

Excellent! Would love to see it catch on!
Fantastic concept. A friend in Bulgaria shared this app with me, and while there isn’t anyone using it yet in my part of the United States, I hope it catches on. It’s very well built, easy to navigate, and the concept behind it would make a tremendous impact on both big cities and small towns.

App doesn’t work
This app doesn’t even work. The minute you download a message says “Ups something went wrong”. When you try to add your address a message saying can not load results is displayed continuously. It’s useless. It’s worth 0 stars but I had no choice but to at least give it a 1 star.
