I was having a very high level panic and anxiety attack, and remembered a friend mentioning this app. So I downloaded it to try and help me. At first, it was a little difficult to figure out what I needed to input, but that is probably because I couldn’t focus due to the attack. Once I started the activities, I began to calm down, and my head cleared. After a few steps, I can focus again and think straight. It really helped. And now that I’m not in a bad mental space, I can go in and input the information needed. I would recommend downloading it and setting up etc when you’re in a good mental space, just to make it easier for those difficult times. 👍🏻
