Cumbersome
This app could be a lot simpler with a more effective interface. As someone who has used personal tour guides before, I didn’t find information in the app to be comprehensive. Overall disappointing experience

Can’t hear it
I do not recommend. I downloaded it and this was the worst dollar I’ve ever spent. It’s supposed to be an audio tour but you can’t actually hear any audio even though my phone was on max volume with ringer on. Every other app played loudly and fine. Don’t recommend to anyone!!! 👎

Total crap app
I hate that Sintra uses this system. It’s very difficult to log on, slow to load, poor connectivity, wants access to your location “always” (why??). 0/10

No Problem if You Don’t Want to Listen to Any Audio
This app is incapable of doing the one thing that it’s suppose to do, which is play the necessary audio clips associated with exhibits. One euro spent terribly on the tour guide, learned nothing.
