Kiosk notifications unnecessary
Overall the app is sufficient. I really appreciate the notifications when a class is canceled but I really don’t need notifications every time I check in with the kiosk. Even worse is when I actually go into the app, all of the notifications since the last time I went into the app show again. 🤦♀️ Why?! Please allow me to choose whether I want to receive these.

Missing lots
Easy to manage, but there’s a lot missing. Like, There’s no official website? I also would like to change my profile picture but that’s not option apparently which is very frustrating

Go to planet fitness club 4 would not cancel
I am a single mother and I thought if I had canceled that I would not continue to be charged however I canceled and they will continue to bill me until it goes to collections so I would suggest going to planet fitness because they do not keep a contract on you like that. This was due to negligence on their part because the person I requested to cancel my subscription did not

Too many advertising updates
Downloaded the app to goto the gym. Why do I have to update the app every month if I am only unlocking a door? The only update is to add more advertising. So, I pay monthly for my membership and now you are getting paid for displaying ads on the app you require me to download to gain access to the gym. This app does not allow opening in airplane mode either.

App Updates are Annoying
It seems like every time I open the app it forces me to update and does not allow me access to my gym entry barcode until I do. This is really annoying because it delays me getting into the gym and I have to download the update with no WiFi. I’ve resorted to taking a screenshot of the barcode so that I never have to open the app.

CANT CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
make sure you are reading over the contract before signing it. I know it’s a gym & you wouldn’t expect snakey stuff from them but here we are. I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times but they will not let me. Along with all the other random fines you receive it really is not worth it for their gym which is only slightly better than PF.

Really annoying that I constantly have to type in my password. Remember me setting works for roughly a day. It’s one thing to have to open an app to sign in at the gym, but another level of annoying to also have to stop at the counter and type in my password

Not Military Friendly
Using Fit4Life and the payment service is hassling me for canceling my services and trying to make me pay for 2 extra months. Their claim is that “they go by report date”…I’m exercising my right to early report up to 30 days…but clearly they don’t know what that means when Jessica is running things.

Please fix!
Have had no issues with this app until I updated it a couple of days ago. Now the app crashes every time I try and open it. I can’t log into my account and can’t even open the app anymore. Please fix!!
