Needs a little more work
I think it’s great that I was able to preorder my food. But it would be helpful if there was a section to see what my order was on the actual app. If I didn’t get an email confirmation of my food then I wouldn’t have been able to prove that my kids meal did come with drinks and I ordered a medium drink on the side because the way their system worked was that it only printed what food items they needed to obtain for my order, not beverages. Also, they need to change their rewards program. If I have enough points why can’t I use them whenever I want to? Why do I have to wait for it to print out on my next order at the concession stand when I’m buying everything online through the app anyway?

Not sure what they r doing
I moved here to Honolulu 2 1/2 years ago I signed up for Consolidated rewards to get free movies and such. When I got my free movie tickets I would still buy my tickets online go to the counter and they would refund my free movie minus the three dollar charge which is the online processing fee - got it. All of a sudden I go one day and they say their computer is in unable to do it. I asked how can that be I just did it the other day. I called for a manager the manager said their system is unable to do that I said why we just did it the other day, she told me that it takes the seat back and then we can get assign u a seat.. I said no that’s not what has been going on so anyway there’s some confusion somewhere in the front counter area of them not knowing how to refund free movie tickets. So basically asked them they want me to come up to the main window buy a ticket after all the tickets and the seats have been sold and then I get the free ticket that’s not what I want. Anyway.. i’m not going to stand in line at the window outside in the heat or the rain to buy a movie and then refund it when they’ve been doing it ever since I’ve been here it doesn’t make sense.

Great App so far
Thank you for creating this app! Convenient not having to carry and bring out my Extras Rewards card. Being able to quickly see how many points I have until my next reward is nice too. The ability to add my Extras Rewards card to Apple Wallet/Passbook (like the Regal app allows) for even faster access would make this app near perfect. 3 stars for now... 5 when Apple Wallet/Passbook support is added. Thanks!

Update: Still faster to bring a physical rewards card. Tried using the card through the app but my nearest theater doesn’t have a scanner so they manually type each number. Most apps I have actually help to speed things up... this app needs a little more work. I don’t find myself using this app and don’t have a good reason to keep it so I may deleted soon.

Rewards section not working
I was able to sign up for the rewards account, but on the app the loading symbol just spins continuously. I’ve tried signing out and back in, restarting my phone, deleting and re installing the app, removing the card number and re-submitting, but nothing resolves the issue. I verified on the website that my account is working g correctly as it shows my rewards available, but without the app access it will be too inconvenient to use at the theater to claim rewards.

Other than this the app works, but as the best feature of being a member is broken I can rate this app above a 2 star.

I hope the issue can be resolved quickly, but it’s been present through the last 2 updates.

E-ticket??? print out??
I’ve been a consolidated fan for a long time but in recent days, I’ve been visiting regal theaters. Tonight I decided to upload the consolidated app, add my rewards card get some tickets .. only to find that after purchasing my tickets via mobile app I can’t add it to Apple wallet?? I don’t understand why you can’t add your mobile ticket to Apple wallet and scan at the podium.. instead you get theee options: 1. Waste your printer ink 2. wait till you get to the theaters to scan and pick up your tickets or 3. present you CC to pickup tickets... I think it renders the whole online purchase experience to skip the line idea “useless”. Come on Consolidated... Regal got you beat!! Ain’t no lines to stand in but the pop corn line. Buy your tickets via mobile app and save to Apple wallet... no lines.

Cannot use App to pay in person
There is no way to pay through the app in person. That matters because I have gift cards with hundreds of dollars on it stored as a method of payment on the app and the only way I can use it is to order tickets through the app. That matters because there is a large fee when buying tickets through the app. None of the employees could figure out how to make it work. They just said the barcode is in the email. I deleted the email once I figured out how to store the gift card as a method of payment on the app! PLEASE UPDATE THE APP! Also, why charge a fee for ordering tickets through the app? Please consider removing the fee.

Confusing
So, maybe it’s just me but I’ve bought several theater tickets and just noticed non of them actually counted towards any reward. I remember asking the guy behind the counter about it and he took down my phone number and said he would apply that points towards the account but still has not (several months ago)

At this point, I’m not exactly sure how to get the rewards to apply to my account. I feel like it shouldn’t be so hard, it should be automatic. I shouldn’t have to make sure I ask the agent to apply my points.

Frustrating
I like to think that I’m tech savvy enough to figure out how to navigate apps but this one has me super frustrated.

When you go to the theater they ask if you have your rewards card or if you’ve registered your rewards card so they can look it up with your phone number, yet you can’t even add your phone number on the app, on the website or on the cinema extras website. It just tells you your point balance. There’s no phone number field in the profile or settings.

Also, there’s no transaction history to see how you accumulated or used any points. It says my points balance is 130 and I’m 30 points away from an extra value combo, but I’ve unlocked the extra value combo at 100 points. There’s nothing that’s 160 points so why would it say that I’m 30 points away?

I went to see a movie yesterday but my points are the same now as it was before I went to the theater, so where are the points for that visit? If there was a transaction history it should show each visit, even if it were pending you’d be able to track proper credits and debits.

IOS App won’t accept login credentials
The Consolidated Theater iOS app will not let me log in, and I tried on several devices. I AM able to login utilizing a web browser, but the app refuses to recognize my credentials. I have tried resetting the password, resetting the app, reinstalling the app (on all devices) and it still will not let me log in. Very frustrating. Is there a magic trick that will fix this, and help my review go from a 1-star to a 4-star or 5-star?

The website works very well, I had no issues logging in here to buy tickets, pick seats, or look at their substantial menu options (food and boozy drinks!).

But if you have an app, and it doesn’t work, fix it or get rid of it.

Love their theaters, hate this app.
I’ve been using this app on and off for a few years now and am still running into the same types of issues, can’t hit accept sometime during vaccination T&A, can never get a payment to go through, doesn’t look optimized for iPhone 12 max screen.

Random errors pop up every time i use this app. If i use fandango’s app i have zero problems!! Payment goes through every time without timeout errors. It’s a shame because i want my reward points with consolidated.

You’d think after all of these years they’d have it figured out by now. I am using the latest version which was updated yesterday.
