My favorite theater!
My favorite hands down! The food is here is almost restaurant quality. Seats have plenty of space. Nothing better than watching a new movie, in my reclinable seat with a basket of sweet potato fries and popcorn!

Timed out while going screen to screen
It’s okay, but it had issues with timing out while I was checking the seats, and gave me a message that if buying 2 tickets they had to be next to another seat. With a mostly (3 other seats sold) empty, it was strange. I started over and it sorted out. Still, not yet a 4 star.

Reward tab not functioning!
As an more than regular movie goer, I love the rewards Reading offers. HOWEVER, since the last two updates the reward tab no longer functions. It’s impossible to access my reward card or see what rewards I have available. Worst of all it takes the cinema staff too long to look my information up that I’m embarrassed when I purchase my tickets or snacks. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

Online food order service never works! Keep getting error once I want to checkout. Buying movie tickets on the app works perfect though.

Crashes
Every time I tried to enter credit card info it crashed. Only way it worked was to scan the card in. Very frustrating. I had a gift card or I would have used Fandango. Then I have pick up my tickets on arrival? If I can use Fandango, I should be able to get electric tickets here as well. They also charge a fee like Fandango. Will use Fandango in the future - useless app :(

A bit challenging to use
all of the number areas should be able to utilize the number pad versus the standard keyboard. Had some trouble when having to input the gift card number and the credit card before the app timed out

Payment option with gift card isn’t working
So frustrating. Entered in my gift card information to go towards $61 worth of movie tickets and my credit card for the $6 remaining balance. The app stated it would charge my gift card first and then the remainder would be charged to my credit card. However this was not the case. The entire $61 was charged to my bank.

No audio
Every time I try to watch a trailer, it loads quickly, but there is no audio. I’ve had this issues for months.
Overall a pretty easy app to navigate, just wish there was audio so I wouldn’t have to go on the actual website to watch.

Bad app
This app is disgusting. Gotta rush to buy tickets. Can’t get all the food choices at the local theater right. And for some reason, it always wants to paste whatever I have copied to my clipboard as soon as I open the app. Regardless if it has anything to do with a movie search. That’s such an invasion of privacy it should be illegal.

Gift card not accepted online
Tried to purchase tickets using my gift card. The card was not accepted despite showing I had a balance on the card which exceeded the amount I was trying to purchase.
