One of the first customers
This used to be one of my favorite games. I was one of the first people to play this game. When it first came out. When used to have to wait for a new boards to be built or new worlds. Over the time it’s changed quite a bit. I really don’t like that you can’t get potions the way you used to. And build recipes the old way. From the way you stored things up. After earning them. There’s quite a few things that I don’t like About the changes over the years. But I still play it just not very often.

Too many glitches
Whatever changes you recently made has caused glitches & games keep shutting down on me.
Also, please add an undo button or prize. Sometimes I go to make a move & the piece doesn’t go where I wanted to.
Also, I have to wait for new levels & it’s getting annoying. Please add something to search for a specific level or level range. While I wait for the new levels I go play old ones. It takes a long time to find the level I want.

Don't bother.
If you like paying real money, this game is for you. Even the video free boost isn't worth the time to watch. At level 376, been there for weeks. No way to win it unless you buy big boosts. Done spending money. When the game is updated where getting coins or boosts is easier, let me know. Don't need any more choco stuff. Even crafting is too useless.

waaaaaaaay better than candy crush
i really like this game A LOT more than candy crush. it’s so much more fun to me. HOWEVER it has a tendency to crash at the WORST times. for example in the middle of a great winning streak when you’ve racked up special deliveries and extra goodies it will crash and boom have to start all over again. very frustrating. other than that i enjoy it a lot more than the other games in this genre and i looooove the unlimited lives weekends and holidays! thanks for those!

I find this happens a lot with other games as well, when I make a move to match 3 colors it matches 3 colors of its own choice. Especially when it’s a move that will help me win.
Sometimes it throws too many matches out where it doesn’t help at all. Especially when it wants you to spend money so you can keep playing. And if you’re dumb enough to do that, you still don’t win. Just one more move and ... nope.
Right now it’s stuck telling me to update and yet, it won’t update. It tells me to open, then update. So, can’t play until that bug is fixed.

Add more levels more quickly
My friend and I both play this game and we were on the same level. However on her game you guys have gave her new levels but I’m sitting without any new level. And I know you update and put 20 levels a week. I just want to know why she gets her levels right away and all my new levels get delayed and don’t load properly. I’ve checked my App Store today (Thursday) and there are no updates available. I just want to know why my game runs very slow with loading new levels.

Crashes Too Much After Ads & Winning Games
My frustration is at its max. This game crashes repeatedly and most often after watching ads and more disappointingly after beating levels. The game will not award any bonuses once it crashes, and progress is lost after a crash occurs following the completion of a level. Bonuses used in game will be recorded as used, despite the game losing track of the victory you just had. I am fed up with wasting time on ads with no bonus to show for it and I’m tired of losing games because the game crashes so much. Fix the game, until then I do not recommend that you play this game. ***Uninstalled***

Changing my review
Not going to pay money for a game. When you get to upper levels In about 5 min you loose all lives. The best game ever is pet rescue saga. It has extra mini games so you can get free boosters and get infinity lives. When I got to level 2000 and had to wait for them to add more levels I got tired of waiting so deleted the game. I would recommend that game to everyone. Also when you loose a life, only 5 min till that life is refilled. I have used more of my time and GB trying g to find another game I like. I thought this would be a good one at first but it just wants you to purchase which I won't do. Don't waste your time on this game.

Love it
I have been playing this game for years ! This is the only game make me continually play everyday! So fun and even there is some difficult levels, but it won’t let you feel not to continue to try! I love it how it gives u a new life in 15min. I’m at the top 4100 level now , I hope they can update new levels soon!

Lose A Life
I haven’t played in awhile, but now it forces a restart each time you swap apps, which means you lose progress and your life. Unnecessary greed by developers. Also, the pop-ups for events and spins and everything else… ugh make it stop. I just want to come here to relax and pick up a game when time allows. Now I am forced to finish a level without stopping to switch apps. Let’s be real, most people cannot do that.
