I’ve been a competitive CrossFitter for way too long. 7.5 years to be exact. I’ve been wanting to take a break from the constant grind and try something else for the past two years. I just want sure what that something else would be. I hated the idea of not committing to a program and just floating on my own. I finally got the courage to leave my box and start the 5 day a week naked commercial program a week ago. And so far…I LOVE it. It’s exactly the change I never knew I needed to badly. I absolutely love the programming. It’s effective, but not as destructive as CrossFit training. It’s the perfect balance between strength and conditioning. The warm ups are awesome and really get you prepared for what comes next. This is a great program for those who already have a solid fitness foundation and are looking for structure, but not as much structure as CrossFit classes provide. I can’t believe it’s so cheap! Also, love the instructional videos. And that the app gives you a stopwatch. Huge help. My only advice would be to make it easier to switch between programs daily. Mostly I’m interested in the commercial program…but I’d like to easily switch between all the programs to see the variety and options.

This is my second time using The Naked Training program and app. The first round, almost 2 years ago, I saw great improvements in both strength and body composition (was using a separate nutrition app). When my schedule changed I canceled and never really thought about it again because I was using other programs or the gym programming. I got an email from the team asking if I’d come back and give it a try, first 5 weeks free. Sure! So, here I am and the app is better than ever with consistently challenging yet doable workouts! The developers and admins quickly answer questions / concerns. The Facebook community is positive and helpful. I have 10 years Crossfit experience so the movements and terminology of the functional program is perfect for me. But sometimes I don’t recognize some of the accessory or warmup activities. The descriptions / coaching are clearly delivered and helpful. I also really appreciate the daily mobility with personal plan based on mobility assessment.

I can attest this program works. Two years ago I was a strict runner. Mind you never at all an athlete. All of a sudden I’m a bodybuilder and I’m a more confident, stronger, physically and mentally changed person. I never would have thought an app, the internal drive and a home gym would change my life. But this program has done all that. There’s challenges throughout the year and really amazing prizes. This app has an extremely friendly, always willing to help customer service and coaches. The Facebook group is also very inspiring because it has beginners up to pros asking and giving advise. You can even try it out for a week to see if you like it and since there’s more than one program within the Naked Training app you’re bound to find one that’s tailored to your specific needs. I’m glad this app exists.

I switched from a different CF style app specifically because of the programming. Naked’s is structured into cycle progressions that last several weeks instead of randomized workouts every day without any focus. Everything needed is detailed in one place and I even have the option of choosing 30, 60 or 90 minutes. I started with the Naked Lite program and when that’s finished I’ll switch to the main one and see what’s it’s all about. With the Lite you spend the first week testing lifts and then the program is based off of percentages of your results. It even has a section that offers a daily mobility workout based on the results of a stretch test. Oh and it has a macros calculator or nutrition section that I haven’t looked into yet So far great value for what it offers.

Best workout app ever!
I LOVE this training app so much! It truly has made life so much easier and my workouts so much more intense! I love the description videos, they help me with form and remembering the title of each movement. I really enjoy the layout, it is super user friendly and the online tech support is extremely responsive if you run into any questions. Brooke is without question so inspiring too! Most importantly I am able to achieve my short term and long term goals. Counting macros has never been more simple! I have used this app in the past for Olympic work and now as I’m going postpartum, I am doing the at home dumbbells program. It does not disappoint! I know without a doubt you will love Naked training no matter what program you select! Now go out there and reach your goals!

Making those yuck yuck Sunday’s worth it
If you know Brooke and the gang you know the work is what takes to achieve what you want! Brooke, Sunny, and Jake are all coaches and have been working towards this for years. Developing an APP that lays out the workouts orderly, the ability to switch between different programs and continue with your days and having to start over, quick responses and a team that knows what they’re doing. There’s so much more to the app also! If you’re curious about this program I am 100% all in and you can follow them on social media to see that they have all been doing this for years which makes their expertises very valuable.

Being to adjust training time from 90, 60 or 30 mins is a great option! Those of us with a super busy schedule really appreciate that!!
Not having time or money for a CF membership, the Naked training app has been a true blessing. Coming from years of bing in a gym with friends to training solo can get pretty rough. With all the options of programs and intensities, this keeps training fresh and exciting!

I have been doing the Naked programming over 2 years now! I absolutely love it. It’s different from my day to day CrossFit training and it contains all the supplemental exercises I need from accessory work to mobility. I love that the training blocks are thought out for you so that you don’t have to think about it! Just do it! A time-saver for sure. A great community a well. I am for sure more shredded because of this program. I was doing the daily athlete functional. I now switched to the 2023 summer showdown and it’s awesome! Keeps me motivated. The app is super user friendly, love all the videos and tracking. Thanks for an amazing program in an easy app!

Gives me accountability and the workouts are challenging for me. I am pushing 50 so certain days of lifting are not as easy as they used to be. But this program is attainable I just have to modify sometimes. The only part that is hard is on my end. I homeschool several children and my schedule is not always my own. So I might have to skip a day or adjust the schedule and catch up. But that is no fault of the program. Easy to navigate. Keep track of lifts and gives you meal references to go by! I may not always be able to do 100% on my end what I would like to! Lol. But the program offers 100%. Just started a couple of weeks ago. Excited to see progress in the near future!!

Amazing programs and meal plans
I have been using the Naked training app for the last 4 months and I started using it just to try and win a competition giveaway but after the first month I decided to sign up for it yearly because I was loving the programming and how it was personable and updated the weights and percentages on its own. After the first program I increased every max! I love that it gives me a Macro breakdown because I never tried Counting Maxros due to the complexity but this app gives you your macros and will even give you a meal plan based off of what foods you like and select. It’s so great! I highly recommend this app for any beginner or experienced lifter.
