Amazing
I didn’t drink water much, I lived on coffee and soda. I downloaded this app after googling ‘how to find motivation to drink more water’. It seems like a simple task to do, yet I was dehydrated and I didn’t even know. This app motivates me to tap on the glasses to empty them. It’s been a week since I downloaded it and I drink a gallon of water per day. Again I was never a water person and now I can’t stand anything that has sugar in it, this app changed my outlook on water, I also have pretty oily acne prone skin, and my face is pretty much clear and it’s only been a week! I also lost 5 pounds! I encourage anyone who struggles to find the time to drink water or can’t stand the taste, to try this app. Once you get passed the stages of forcing yourself to drink water you won’t be able to stomach anything else.
DishLCLM,
Great tracking, but I wish it would show a count down
I love this app for tracking how much water I am drinking - makes keeping track and making sure I am drinking enough much easier I’m busy everyday life. My only wish is that the notifications would count down how many you have left instead of how many you’ve had. I have notifications turned on, and the little red bubble pops up on my app. When I log a glass, the number goes up and then I have the little red bubble all day. I would rather see how many I have left to drink on the notification and get down to having the red bubble disappear once I have completed my daily goal. Just a personal preference, but I wish there was at least an option to set it up that way.

Encouraging and amazing app
This app has really changed my outlook on water completely. I would always never drink water unless that was the only option. I would always drink unhealthy sugary drinks like Snapple. The sugary drinks were not only unhealthy, it caused my skin to breakout all on my forehead. Before getting the app, I would always try to drink water but I would always forget. This has helped with that reminding me everyday and every hour. It has really helped my acne it’s good that I’m not drinking too much sugary drinks now. Even though I’m only 12, this has helped so much in my confidence to show myself to the world without having to hate myself for having to much acne. This is an amazing app and I highly recommend it to everyone.
maddie (-.-),
pointless but i still love it 🥰
ok so basically i don’t use this app AT ALL but it does create some entertaining situations, FOR EXAMPLE whenever the little notification popped up on my phone and someone i knew saw it, they would throw a water bottle at me. did i drink it? of course not! but only bc of this app did that happen, and that would decrease my boredom a bit for the time being. another reason that i gave it five stars is bc i could flex my notifications on my friends bc it gave me SO MANY notifications to drink water. i kid you not, every few minutes that little alert came up “iTs TiMe To dRiNk wAtEr” and i hated it, but i also kinda loved it. that’s what this app does to me thank you for listening to my ted talk.

Useful app
I was looking for an app where I could track my water intake & have reminders on my watch & this does both. I set up reminders every hour from 8 AM to 8 PM and it has helped me to stay hydrated all day, whether I'm busy at work or out on the weekend. It also integrates with the health app which is nice if you're using other apps & want all your data together.

I do wish it would show total number of ounces drank per day, and that once you touch a cup & it drains it would require a prompt to undo if I accidentally tap it to re-fill again. That's just me going too fast if I've forgot to track a few cups though. Otherwise great app for what I need.
Rick E. Racer,
Used to work easily with my watch
I have used this app for several years, and it really has helped me to increase my water intake and to track it. I would have given it five stars, but after recent updates completely changed the app, it has become more cumbersome. My Apple Watch continues to remind me to drink water on the schedule I set up, but I haven’t been able to add glasses from my watch. In the past I just touched the watch to show I drank a glass of water, and it would sync with my phone. Now, I must go to my phone app, where the screen has become overly complicated with multiple options for beverages and amounts. If I accidentally tap and get too many glasses, I can’t figure out how to delete it. What used to be simple and straightforward has become difficult and confusing. Not a good change in my view. I’ll be looking for a different app.
Callipygous2,
Perfect!
I love this app! This app has been perfect for keeping up with my water intake. Not only can you can set reminders on your phone for when to drink, but you can track your history, set a default drink size (how much you normally drink in one sitting), set a default glass size (how much water the cup/bottle that you’re drinking out of can hold), set a daily goal, and even change the unit of measurement to suit what you’re comfortable with. It can even transfer data to the Health app if you like to keep track of your overall health. This app has made it so easy to make sure that I’m getting enough water, I haven’t been dehydrated since I downloaded it!
Sleepyjoel,
Simple, but great!
I have recently been diagnosed with health problems. Many of my doctors have prescribed greater water intake and eliminate soda pop. The amount of water I am required to consume over the course of a day is a large amount to me. I tried to keep track of the amount in my head, but often forget how much I’ve consumed. I looked at several different apps for my iPhone only to feel they have too many features. I don’t need cloud storage when it is all here on my iPhone. This little app is perfect for my needs. It’s simple, configurable, handy, and very dependable. So glad I found it.
VbMe,
Read on for my 3* explanation
Admittedly I have never used this app as a yet, but upon looking at the reviews that has been submitted it bothers me that the developers have not bother to respond to the one’s having problems with the app… WHERE ARE THE DEVELOPERS responses??
It makes me think that they do not care. They offer the app, you download the app, then you have the app, ALL of itWhere you check on the problems but you can’t get any help with getting it fixed. Sorry, not sorry, that’s just the way I feel. That is NOT the way it supposed to be. I may change my opinion of this app, but it all comes down to this: the developers regulate how many stars I give there app as to their support that they show. No support, no stars. PERIOD.

Dehydrated No More
Revised: 2022 Nee update is horrible. Will be finding another app.

I'm really bad about drinking water consistently. My old insurance company had a health program that allowed you to make appointments with a nurse, nutritionist, etc. over the phone. One of them suggested downloading an app like this. I tried it and it really has helped. I didn't realize how bad being dehydrated really is. I get bad headaches that I always assumed was due to muscle tension. The headaches could easily be a side effect of mild dehydration. In the Daily Water app can adjust the ounces shown on the cups, how many a day you want to drink and set reminders. Weekends are still a challenge for me to meet my H20 goal but having the app reminders helps. Daily Water App connects to the "Health" app. Great tool to remind yourself to take care of you!
